Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, and Kartik Aaryan spend Rs 47.82 crore in Mumbai's Signature Tower, continuing a trend in Bollywood real estate.
Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, and Kartik Aaryan, among others, have recently invested in new office premises in Mumbai. The three actors each paid Rs 47.82 crore for properties in the Signature Tower, a 28-story commercial structure in the Oshiwara neighbourhood of Andheri.
Mr Bachchan bought four homes on the 21st floor, each costing Rs 7.18 crore, with the acquisition including units 2101, 2102, 2103, and 2104. This purchase also included a substantial twelve-car parking spot. His total office area is 7,620 square feet, and a stamp duty of Rs 1.72 crore was registered on September 1.
Sara Ali Khan, in the name of Sara Sultan and Amrita Singh, purchased unit 402 on the fourth floor for Rs 9 crore. This July 11 transaction included three premium parking spaces and a stamp fee of Rs 41.01 lakh.
Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan purchased unit 403 on September 4 for Rs 10.9 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 47.55 lakh attached.
Amitabh Bachchan's agreement with Veer Savarkar Projects Ltd, the official promoter of the Signature building on the MahaRERA portal, is noteworthy. Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan, on the other hand, purchased their office premises from Aishwarya Property and Estates Pvt Ltd, a company founded by Anand Pandit and his wife, Roopa Pandit. On various levels, the three stars have individually obtained office spaces with identical built-up dimensions of 2,099 square feet and carpet areas of 1,905 square feet.
