in the beginning i expected Star Twinkle to be a mediocre post-Hugtto show (as that always happened after good seasons), but you know what? i was wrong. completely wrong.

tbh I'll always find Hikaru's voice annoying, but damn did she grow on me. i felt genuinely proud of her at the end, she truly is a person who can and will do anything to reach a goal.

Lala had troubles being around others, preferring to do things in a rational way and shying away from contact, just a child with too many responsibilities on her shoulders. now she is a real adult, full of confidence. also love how she still uses the good ol' rocket with the same decorations from way back.

Elena remained the hardworking shining sun, always the big sister/senpai (side note: jesus christ will her parents ever stop having babies?)

Madoka learnt to follow her own goals/way in life - which doesn't always have to stray away from parents' expectations

Yuni seemed to have a more important role on her planet (judged by her attire), which is more than deserved. it was nice to see that she still meets up with Lala.

good lord did Eyewarn become tall (and seemingly popular on Rainbow Planet). Kappard, Tenjou, Galogre and the Not-Notraiders look very happy on their planet.

guess it made sense we didn't see the Opiuchus Princess. she's probably hiding in her dark corner of the universe.

im pretty sure Fuwa got her powers back way before but decided to wait until Madoka, Elena and Hikaru made that step towards space, away from Earth.

beautiful ending tbh! as they all live in the same universe and not parallel worlds, instead of hoping/praying, the girls decided to meet by their own power.

all in all, it was a Kirayabaaa season!

Cure Star/Hikaru Hoshina (星菜ひかる) C.V. Eimi Naruse

Loves the constellations (can also be read as Zodiac) and the cosmos! A second-year middle school student rich in imagination and brimming with curiosity. Has a firm conviction of “I like what I like!” no matter what anyone may say. Thoroughly investigates anything that interests her, the type who acts on intuition. Her favorite phrase is “Glitterrific☆”

In the middle of a journey on a rocket searching for the legendary warriors PreCure with Fuwa and Prunce, Fuwa’s power warps onto Earth. Though serious and possessing a strong sense of responsibility, she can be a bit absent-minded at times. Her charm point is the sensor on her head. Her own ability at the piano and at Japanese archery is at the national championship level, and she is the school’s leading lady in both flower arrangement and the tea ceremony. As the student council president admired by all, she is known as the “Moon” of Starview Middle. Transforms into the PreCure of the Moon, Cure Selene!

A jiggly (purupuru) alien. Used to work at the palace of the 12 Zodiac Star Princesses. While protecting Fuwa, left by the Star Princesses, searching for the legendary warriors PreCure is the key to reviving the Star Princesses. Prunce’s special skill is free transformation.
