[ Silly late night HC brought to you by pain meds.
When any of the Angels/Fallen Angels argue with each other, it's just a series of strange, inexplicable sounds and musical chimes. The pitch is determined by their typical tone, thus Hades often sounds like a low tenor or bass of tones rather than higher notes.
Because it's easier to argue in their own language than stoop to bickering between each other in a language mankind created..

Ilmo's Arc + Ending
I might've already talked about this a bit, but @zephyrone01 and I often talked about how Ilmo's character arc/story was just... dropped at the end of the game. And in extension, the whole Cult of the Tree part up to the FBC's intervention and Ilmo's arrest.
It's sad because he is literally one of the leaders of the Cult, the mysterious group you spent a large part of the game, figuring out if they're really bad and what their motives might be. But in the end it no longer seems to have an impact on the story.
You probably have watched this silly guy in the funny commercials and, if you didn't have any suspicions, get surprised that he isn't only in the Cult, he is a main member. But in the jail scene, things are dire so you don't have any time to profile or talk to him because it quickly cuts to a cutscene which then leads to you getting chased by Scratch.
His dialogue with Saga after Jaakko's death is purely optional despite him granting the player crucial information about the Cult and it seems many people overlook him or don't know he's still there. When I watched John Wolfe's LP, he even thought Ilmo had also died until he, by accident, bumped into him. Apparently there are also glitches if you reload the chapter, he just doesn't spawn.
------
So let's say, the jail cutscene is the last time you see Ilmo and then suddenly he reappears at the eternal Deerfest. Feels kinda odd, to give him a whole scene in that jail together with Jaakko and Scratch/Alan and then he's never seen again.
Now, if you do talk to him after the jail sequence, he will reveal the truth about the Cult: that they were trying to protect their town and BF from the Taken. Ilmo says he will try to round up the Cult or what's left of them and then again, you don't see him until you're playing as Alan in the altered BF. He just stands there because his dialogue and animations aren't triggered properly. He actually talks about the last Return book, hinting to the player where to get the book. Here's Zephyrone01's video showing him talking and gesturing.
What I might've added to give his story a bit more closure than what we got:
Make talking to him after Jaakko's death mandatory. Unskippable. It's literally a narrative piece Saga was trying to stitch together all this time. Why is it optional???
Involve him in the Dark Ocean Summoning fight. He can be support, similar to Estevez and Casey. Honestly, his mental state aside, he was in the best physical position to actually help out, given the fact Casey and Estevez were injured. (Also, I would've loved to see Ilmo's reaction to that stage fight. His barks would've been great.) It would've helped to 'redeem' him, from being the assumed bad Cultist to helping Saga in her fight.
Maybe mid-fight, he gets a call from the other Cultists to help out in BF which explains why he got absorbed into the changed reality.
If he doesn't get involved in the fight, we could've at least gotten a brief cutscene where he and the remaining Cultists head to BF to continue protecting it or something. Again, this would help portray Ilmo in a positive light.
-----
TLDR: Ilmo's story arc got cut short after his arrest, revealing the truth about the Cult should've been mandatory and not optional and there should've been at least a small cutscene of Ilmo going to BF to protect it before getting absorbed in the changed reality.

Hi Bean! I'm a big fan of your blog, and I wanted to ask you something real quick: How would your version of Fake Peppino, aka Pep react if he met a clone that was similar to a Peppino clone, only it didn't actually look like Peppino? Asking cause I'm considering drawing Pep with an OC of mine named Grolly, who is heavily inspired by Fake Peppino, but isn't actually a Peppino clone (In fact, he's an OC for an entirely different game), and I wanna make sure I can get Pep's reaction to him as accurate as possible in case I decide I do in fact want to draw them together.
(Ooh, that's an interesting question!
Pep would probably not know a non-Peppino clone is a clone, bc as far as he is aware clones always look like Peppino (except for Fake Bean, but they canonly haven't met yet, so besides the point!!!)
So he'd probably act how he would upon meeting another 'normal' person (for lack of a better term), curious but more hesitant to approach in case he scares them, or they act hostile towards him
But once he feels it's okay, he's very friendly, and after realising they are a clone, he'd probably get excited bc 'new friend like me!!!' and feel more comfortable being 'weird' around them
I hope that helps somewhat jkdskjlfsd)

I have so much art I wanna make for this blog, but alas, I somehow chose the most long-winded art form of ever that needs like…four or more programs and a spark of insanity.

Idk if I'm a special case for... Never having struggled with finding rp? As in "other people who also rp". Yeah back when I started it was mostly on forums, but I moved to Tumblr at the tail end of 2012, started rping here in 2013 maybe? 2013/2014. I didn't have any trouble finding the rpc of my target fandom back then.
All the writers who matched my style kind of stopped writing over the years, but even then the rpc wasn't dead even when I left it two or three years ago and moved to FFXIV rp.
And again. I didn't have trouble finding people. I made an account for FF stuff, followed some FF blogs, looked at what other blogs Tumblr suggested to me or who the blogs I checked out were reblogging from and such, and had populated my dash within a week or two. Sent out a few DMs, got some threads going (we'll ignore what Gia did to all my other muses when I created him later on, I'm so sorry. Boy really did line them all up behind the barn).
Of course this isn't... Someone who wants to newly get into rp struggling to find where to start with that. I already knew the platform I wanted to use (Tumblr/one-on-one Discord servers with people from Tumblr) and was familiar with that platform, so idk if that was what made all the difference. I don't know if it'd be harder to do what I did as a wee tween that very accidentally stumbled upon the rp section of a not-exclusively-rp site, gained a mighty interest in that despite barely knowing how to write English, and then... I honestly can't remember anymore how I found my first forums, but once I did, I followed their adverts sections to find more, until I landed on something that was still active and looked interesting.
Idk idk. I didn't realize the trouble of finding rp had become a hot topic at some point over the years lmao. At most I figured that the challenge lies not in finding people, but the right people whose writing styles and interests in topics to explore match yours, but that was always the case.

OOC;; Hi hi hi. A little heads up that I have changed some terms on my rules and moved them around a little bit. More ingo info under cut* (false advertisement at its finest):
Very brief mentions of intrapersonal drama (it's me, myself and I). You have been lovingly warned;
When I started the blog, I wanted no harassment and no drama. However, bringing the term "proship" brought more drama than I ever expected. I am anti-harassment: I just block and move on and I feel saddened by people receiving death threats or harassment /cyberbullying on internet. However, the term got its bad associations, and I want to make true to my "no fandom drama" mission. So;;
Moving forward, I am just anti-harassment. Nothing more, nothing less.
And, since I had bad experiences unfortunately, I would like to mention briefly that please please please, if we are friends you can ask me if I am available before venting to me, but do not bring me drama. I am not equipped to deal with it. I just want to write my dear train man /or evil scientist over at @/sadaolim. I have stress-induced stuff flare up on three occasions, so I want to mention this.
As usual, thanks for reading, thank you all so much for sticking around, I am just a small guy (gender-neutral??) who is writing funny train man initially to explore my gender identity as well. Em's self-discovery and writing my gremlin trans twins makes me happy. I just want to spread joy and silly shenanigans.
Love you all so much. Here's a promised Ingo// not one but TWO, don't say I never spoil you guys:

Please talk about Palestine 🇵🇸
alright: usually don't want to get into polictics/current events but i will make my stance clear
ISRAEL SHOULD NOT BE DOING WHAT THEYRE DOING
i stand with palestine
(blaming a whole group of people for what their predecesors did is stupid. they had no control over that. it is not their fault for what the past generations did)

nightbringer making the reason why barb is so mad at solomon that "he was written down as 8th on a list" was simultaneously one of the best and worst decisions i've felt in a long time.
starting on the good points, it's devastatingly good because it shows actually how much barbatos' has lived as the aftermath. he was nothing to the original demon king apart from a servant, who then managed to make his own decision and forged bonds which held, in his opinion, very strong importance into the lives of two others: diavolo and solomon. he has had his slips up, but has mentioned repeatedly that he lives to serve to make up for those, he's the ultimate reason why diavolo's plan works so well in the original obm ( you know, chapter 16... ) but also seemed to take care of solomon from childhood until his transition into immortality ( and perhaps even helped him with that? i wouldn't be surprised if such was the case. )
it's an interesting scene, given how solomon is quick to point out it's names that came to mind, rather than those who he trusted the most or wanted to make a pact with the most, and barbatos to tell him he didn't expect to be in the top three, it's a stickler to the reality that barbatos has faced for 100's of years. something easily noticeable from the first game is that diavolo doesn't hold barbatos in the highest regard when compared to lucifer, stating that lucifer is the most trustworthy demon he knows, as well as constantly requesting his company in a few chats to which even barbatos turns silent upon, and it's never addressed - perhaps because it's something barbatos has now gotten used to, discovered throughout the years. this, however, proves that, perhaps at one point he was extremely devastated by the realisation that no one seemingly held him in the highest regard, that perhaps no one ever would.
on the negative it seems such a vague reason especially when you consider solomon would have had 72 names on that list all things considered, and they were alongside poor asmodeus ( who would have been 32nd on that list ). it's clear that after chapter 16 they're avoiding the more heinous stories involving li's. i feel the thought of the fandom is making it make more sense than what is probably supposed to be a funny write off. but, as a barbatos fan i refuse to have barbatos in second ( or in this case, eighth ) place be another funny joke.
