Fire at MiG factory in Moscow

A fire occurred at the Russian aircraft factory MiG Aircraft Corporation, which produces and maintains combat jets.

The Russian media reported that the fire occurred in one of the production workshops of the MiG factory in the Russian capital Moscow. This place is under reconstruction, but it is in front of the main factory building.

The fire in an area of 70 square meters was located on the second and third floors of the building and all employees were evacuated. The cause of the fire is unknown.

According to local media, from 2 p.m. the fire managed to be extinguished. The roof of the building was damaged and the firefighters continue to work on site.

Currently the factory that caught fire was under reconstruction.

MiG Aircraft Corporation MiG has several production facilities and administrative buildings. The company manufactures a range of aviation products and provides support for aircraft of its own production.

During the Soviet era, the aircraft manufacturer created a series of combat aircraft, such as the Ukrainian MiG-29 fighters, Russian MiG-31 interceptor aircraft and their modifications that currently use Kh-47M2 Kinzhal ballistic missiles launched from the air.

In April 2021, stalkers entered the territory of this factory and filmed the state of the workshops. They sneaked through a hole in the fence and got unimpeded access to many of the factory buildings.

Bloggers have discovered remnants of production tools, equipment, MiG-29 fighter fuselages and several prototypes of Russian MiG-AT training aircraft.

The MiG factory is developing a new MiG-UTS training aircraft.

CDS Exam Eligibility:

1. Age for 2022:

(i) For IMA - Only unmarried students born before 2nd July 1997 and before 1st July 2002 are eligible.

(ii) For Indian Naval Academy – Only unmarried male candidates born on or after 2 July 1997 before 1 July 2002 are eligible.

(iii) For Air Force Academy – Between 20 and 24 years of age on 1 July 2021, i.e. H. born on or after 2 July 1997 but before 1 July 2001 (DGCA (India)) Beginning in 1995, the age limit for candidates with a valid and current commercial pilot license issued by the United States may be reduced to 26 years old (i.e. born before July 2nd).

Married applicants over the age of 25 are eligible to apply, but spouses will not be provided with accommodation and family members will not be permitted to live off-site for the duration of the course.

(v) Officer Training Academy – (SSC Women's Non-Technical Course) For single women, widows not remarried, divorcees not remarried, divorcees not remarried. Those born between July 2, 1996 and July 1, 2002.

2. Qualifications:

(i) I.M.A. Officer Training Academy, Chennai – Accredited University or equivalent degree.

(ii) Indian Naval Academy – Technician graduate from an accredited college/institution.

(iii) For Air Force Academy – accredited college degree (Physics and Mathematics Level 10+2) or Bachelor of Engineering. Students who are in their final semester and have not passed the final exam can also apply. You must prove that you have passed the Diploma exam.

The CDS exam as we are all familiar with is the exam administered by UPSC for the recruitment of officers of the Indian Defense Forces such as Army, Air Force and Navy. CDS tests are conducted twice a year. Open to young graduates from all disciplines. Once selected, candidates undergo military training at their respective academies.

CDS Exam Eligibility:

1. Age for 2022:

(i) For IMA - Only unmarried males born before July 2, 1997 and before July 1, 2002 are eligible.

(ii) For Indian Naval Academy – Only unmarried male candidates born after 2nd July 1997 and before 1st July 2002 are eligible.

(iii) For Air Force Academy – Between 20 and 24 years old on 1 July 2021 i.e. H. born after 2 July 1997 and before 1 July 2001 (DGCA (India) The age limit for candidates with a valid and current commercial pilot license issued by the US may be reduced to age 26 (i.e. born before July 2nd), 1995 onwards, July 2001 (until the 1st of the month) only.

Note:

Applicants must be under the age of 25 and unmarried. Marriage during training is not permitted. Married applicants over the age of 25 are eligible to apply, but no spouse accommodation will be provided for the duration of the apprenticeship and no family members will be permitted to live off-site.

(iv) Only unmarried male candidates born before 2nd July 1996 and before 1st July 2002 are eligible for admission to the Officer Training Academy (SSC Male Course).

(v) Officer Training Academy – (SSC Women's Non-Technical Course) For unmarried women, widows who have not remarried, divorced persons who have not remarried, and divorced persons who have not remarried. Must be born between July 2, 1996 and July 1, 2002.

2. Qualifications:

(i) I.M.A. Officers Training Academy, Chennai — Accredited University or equivalent degree.

(ii) For Indian Naval Academy – Engineering degree from an accredited university/institution.

(iii) For Air Force Academy – be graduated from an accredited university (Physics and Mathematics Level 10+2) or hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Applicants who are in the final year/semester of the degree program and have not yet passed the final exam can also apply. They must provide proof of the existence of a passed diploma exam.
