Sometimes it feels like a lifetime ago I was living in New Zealand for two years, other times it feels like I was just living there only a year ago.

#my sister is a resident there and has one kid my precious nephew #I went there on a two year working holiday visa #I miss hopping on the bus and going to Takapuna beach for the afternoon #or going for my twice weekly walks on this amazing walkway near where we lived right by the ocean #I miss just being a walk away from the ocean... #the scents tho! the sea breeze and just the abundance of greenery and flowers #I'm a summer girl and besides the cooler rainy winter it was fucking perfect for someone like me who loathes the cold #winter depresses me which is why I go full out on Christmas because color and lights keeps the darkness at bay
