words and poetry bring life to the decayed fields of my head.
they bring my darkest thoughts and innermost desires to life, making them blossom and thrive. they rip apart my guts and make them into little cassettes, boldly splashing blotches of ink all over the pages with their sounds, marking their existence and their will to stay. they bring together my most shredded desires, fixing up the shabby walls of my shuddy brain; creating a circus of illusions, frolicking around, putting a show for my sake, letting my heart wear itself out from screaming until it wretches. daunting mirrors showing me the reflection of how i truly look like. the pages are landscapes to my universes and my limit is the sky

USA: Eleventh world fusion album by Gino Foti released on Net Dot Music indie label
Bija Mantras of the Seven Chakras - the fourth in a series of conceptual albums in the ethnic fusion, meditation, and spiritual music genres by jazz/world fusion bass guitarist & keyboard player Gino Foti, has been released by Net Dot Music. It features two ten-minute guided meditations, five all-instrumental accompaniment tracks (including a timed meditation that can be looped), and pronunciation guides for all the seed sounds/syllables of the seven primary chakras, that when spoken or chanted, can activate and resonate the energy of their associated chakras, to help create balance and harmony in an individual's mind, body, and soul.Used in chakra meditation, hatha yoga, kundalini awakening, tantric practices, vedic healing, and similar modalities, these sounds are thought to purify and guide the practitioner toward a higher state of consciousness. Bija mantras meditation is also referred to as Shristi Karana, or recreation of the body through sound. This release uses one of the Bhuta Shuddhi (or Bhoota Shuddi) methods, which translates to "cleansing the elements" or "purification of the elements", as the focal point. It is an ancient, fundamental process that blends several yoga practices, and is clearly defined in both Tantra and Yoga classical texts.Audio clips, detailed overview, and extensive composition notes are available at:http://ift.tt/2wtjzVGMantras_info.phpOther releases in this series:Ghiza-i Ruh - Inspired by the writings of Hazrat Inayat Khan, Indian, Mediterranean & Middle-Eastern music, this long-form composition is both cyclical and elastic, like the traditional Sufi whirling dervishes.Breath Of Vishnu - Indian mysticism merges with modern instrumentation in an hour-long composition, performed in real-time. An organic complement for yoga, contemporary meditation techniques, and other counterparts.Mystic Gleams - A musical journey through the mystical, esoteric paths of the world's six largest religions: Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism & Taoism, exploring their common belief of the Universe as sound.About Gino Foti:His music explores the relationships between diverse musical traditions, and the dichotomy of rhythm and melody of the bass guitar, by integrating ethnic sonorities into his jazz-rock fusion palette. If you are an avid listener of world music, or related hybrids like: world jazz, world beat, and ethnic fusion - even classical, meditation, and new age - you will probably connect with the music in his catalog.Complete information is available at: http://GinoFoti.com orhttp://ift.tt/2x5AmStAbout Net Dot Music:Net Dot Music is an independent record label specializing in instrumental fusion - all-instrumental music that blends several styles and genres.
