So tired of insomnia 😩 (pun intended…)

#I DID take my Wellbutrin at like 1:30 yesterday so that probably didn’t help #idk tho then why am I waking up at like 3am and later? #later today I’m going to make a point to get a hard cardio workout #I want to do everything I can to sleep decently on my own #I don’t want to rely on/become dependent on the trazodone 😣 #I took it last two nights ago but if my next sleep sucks again I’ll take it again the following night #mine #insomnia
