Made my list for all the things to chat with my new primary care doctor. and it’s a list. 😭 It’s my first primary care doctor in the states since I was on my dad’s insurance in hs/college. I’m like weirdly tiny toy dog shaking levels of nervous which is really frustrating. I know what’s going to happen for the most part, it’s not like the annuals I did in Korea where I just got shuffled from room to room to room without anyone talking to me.

#mumblings #it's in a few hours and I went from being normal chill to like tense AF #like dear self if you have to I'm sure they'll find you a corner to lie down in 😅 #heck I've been like this the whole pandemic just super uncomfortable with doctors and hospitals atm #even the eye doctor freaked me out #I blame it being residual from pandemic coupled with like the almost two years dad was in the hospital before he passed #but like the hospital said you may bring 1 comfort person and I was like I want but don't have 😅 #Dear hospital can you give me a puppy to hold for this entire thing? #That might help #or dog would not but a puppy would #or a kitten
