Whoa ask influx lmao. They'd try to handle it themselves at the start, but they will call RL if they cant control the situation. Tord has explicitly stated that he wants to be personally involved in this...situation. So he told his staff to get him whenever Tom isn't cooperating. He'll see it as them heeding his warning about Tom being dangerous to handle, so he'll be happy to step in.

He'd prefer it if he was there 24/7, but Patryck will give him a look the whole time if he tries so ooookayyyyyy, he'll only visit for an hour or two at least, and only come when called. Cut to Tord praying someone gets gravely injured by Tom somehow so he has an excuse to see the boyfie (loser behavior)
