And so this song to freedom always exists at the nearest harbor, and from there it's favorite game is to sail faster than the wind
True we didn't talk about the fuselage of these ships, in fact they are designed pretty much like airplanes, very similar to a hydravion that doesn't fly
About its glass facades contrary to preconceptions there are several things, first its tempered thick glass able to sustain a lot, second it's not only glass it often has plastic inlayers and polycarbonates, third because the inserts of these glass panels are very sturdy they in fact reinforce the structure rather than weaken it
While the thought of having glass galleries in rough weather can be frightening, they have been designed to sustain that and not as a maybe, I see no problem whatsoever in having them, and what they can do to these suites in terms of panorama is fantastic, that said let's not imagine that they are glass walls, they're not
On the EXPLORER these are 120cm panoramic galleries that produce a panoramic effect from the seating positions of the lounges, which are receded on a lower plane, not more, those of the Black Pearl are 60cm why how, the EXPLORER has 4 decks, the Black Pearl has 2 decks 120cm/2
I don't as much design ships or yachts as I design stuff that I would like to have, and I don't know that I can design a ship or yacht for a client without telling them that I have changed my mind about the ship's ownership
This sailing configuration, there's something to it, whether we want to admit it or not these solar canopies are also sails of their own and a lot of wind is going through beneath them, also above deck, which should make the ship lighter, and faster
From its home port of Camden, Maine then
Thank you for having followed
