House Lim-Millan (also Leme House) by Paulo Mendes da Rocha Sao Paulo, Brazil 1970-74

Designed by Brazilian architect Paulo Mendes da Rocha for a big-wig art dealer in Brazil, to house his works of art of course, Mendes is now officially the go-to guy for all matters dirty Brazilian concrete (or an enviable leather armchair).  

I’m just working on racking up the 70s’ goodness hehe but let’s call him the Marcio Kogan before Marcio Kogan.
