who said "the idf aren't real jews?" the wording Ive seen in comments is "the idf don't represent jews." That's not the same thing. "This does not represent us" means "this is not what we all stand for or believe in." The idf contains jewish people but it doesn't represent jewish people, the same way hamas consists of palestinians but it doesn't represent palestinian people. Jews and Palestinians as ethnic groups are not responsible for what hamas or the idf do.
I agree with you but not bogleech, ok anon?
He did in fact say that the IDF aren't real Jews.
Your blorbo bogleech literally said that soldiers stop being their ethinicity and become the oppressor class. You don't have to defend bogleech and their shitty pompous takes to agree that bombing civilians is bad.

I generally avoid the topic of big humanitarian tragedies here because 1) I'd personally find it tone deaf to reblog idk a photoset that captures the ongoing destruction of a land and a people and then follow it up with ✨️kitty✨️ 🌹flowers🌹 🥰blorbos and ships🥰 2) tumblr is the last thing one should rely on when it comes to gaining or spreading information of any kind, so this isn't meant to be anything more than a rant regarding a specific thing but. About media coverage and biases. It's not only staunch zionists who do this, and I know that coming from them specifically this mainly is a form of deflection, but regardless it's rather asinine to flatten everything that's being said on the matter to antisemitism. Because most, reasonable people aren't saying "historically the media has been biased against Palestinians because it's controlled by The Jews™", what they are saying is "historically the media has been biased against Palestinians because Israel is the West's one Middle Eastern ally", and this same logic applies to many other things, like how easily and quickly Israeli fake news are spread, or the fact that Israel was created both with colonial intent and as a way for Western powers to "cleanly" get Jewish people of their countries. Re: Italy, most politicians and news outlets very candidly put support for the Palestinian cause for freedom and approval of Hamas' civilian killings in the same boat. It is not antisemitic to be outraged by this. Thousands upon thousands of people are being murdered with clear genocidal intent. The rise of antisemitic hate crimes and the conflation of all Jewish people with the State of Israel is reprehensible, but it's not coherent to condemn them and then close off your eyes and ears from everything else. Palestinians deserve and are owed better than this
