He absolutely LOVES when you play with his hair. No debate on this it makes him WEAK
The key to calming this boy down is to just hold him and pet his hair :)
Gareth Is such a sofie, he tries to act tough in front of the hellfire guys but you know thats not the real him
Real Gareth likes to get all cozy on your bed, head in your lap while you play with his hair and hum along to a night like this by the cure
Gareth is DEFINITELY a needy guy, i mean come on look at him

You get at LEAST 2 phone calls a day from Gareth whining about how much he misses you
You always have to hang up the phone first because if not Gareth will stay on the line FOREVER

This should be interesting! @moonchildreads tagged me in this funny little game…
Rules: Make a new post. No cheating! You’re starring in a movie with the last person you saved in your camera roll. The last song you’ve listened to is the title. Who/what is it?
“Daddy Cool”, starring Graham the Janitor aka Gwydion Lashlee-Walton… oh boy the plot possibilities are truly endless here but let’s say… Graham is a janitor at a local Soul Train style nightclub and he wants more than anything to enter the dance competition they’ll be holding in a few weeks. I, the bartender at the same club, have been enlisted to secretly record the contestants practicing their routines and get the tapes (yes, tapes, this takes place in the 80s for absolutely no reason) to him so he can create his own routine based on their popular moves. Wacky shenanigans ensue. Bell-bottoms are rocked. Graham wins a respectable third place in the competition and earns the admiration of his “brothas”. At the end we all learn some sort of valuable lesson, and I probably get fired for recording people without their consent and have to go tend bar at Applebees or something. But it’s okay…
…because now I can boogie.

Idk if yall are interested but I was able to found some of the pins/buttons that the hellfire clubs members wear, I converted them to PNGs as well.
Will update post as I find more info on the buttons
Info under the cut so as to not clog the dash
Gareth
Left Side, on the lapel is a Motorhead button
Followed beneath by a Friday the 13th button and a Van Halen Button, couldn't find the exact jason button but found a collection of them that are close.
I for the life of me cannot make out the pin on the right side of his vest because it is either blurred from the angle or the lighting so here are pins that I deemed close enough. Anthrax, Saxon and Accept.
Update: I believe it may be a Sodom or Venom button!
Secondly we have our unamed "Freak" character whom I think someone named Mitch so yeah, Mitch
On the left he has a Motorhead enamel pin
I could only make out 2 of Mitches buttons on the right lapel of his jacket but they are a Motley Crue Shout Pentagram button (bottom right) and a Pantera button
Now it appears that Jeff doesn't wear any pins but he does wear a vintage Black Sabbath shirt that I found
It won't let me put anymore photos but Unamed Freak is also wearing a Iron Maiden Number of the Beast shirt, found here

Definitely had a crush on you for at least a few months before asking you out
I feel like he’d kinda admire you from afar because he’s too scared to interact with you much
Whenever he does finally start talking to you more its awkward, he doesn’t really know how to approach you so he has to think of ideas to make him seem more..appealing to you
He’s not weird i swear! But he does watch you around school…he just wants to get to know your routine :)
Before you two even have a conversation Gareth already knows the things you like most..just by coincidence…
Since he already knows what you like, when you do start up a conversation with him it’s fairly pleasant. Somehow he likes a lot of the same things you do! What a pleasant surprise
He’s so happy when your conversations go from short awkward exchanges to full blown discussions!!!!
He starts to notice just how well spying on you is helping him learn more about you and thus connect with you! It fuels him to continue his ways
Jeff definitely starts to notice his best friend acting…weird.
Jeff notices this girl just always happens to be where Gareth is? And Gareth just always happens to be staring at her??
After a while you start to notice too. Its so strange how you two always happen to bump into each other. Or how he just happens to know everything about you without you even telling him
One particular time Gareth offered to walk you home after school. So sweet <3
After Gareth dropped you off at your door with a smile you made your way inside.

Dating Gareth Emerson Headcanons
I love this man. So. Much. SO HERE!
Gareth is a bean
A bean with anger issues but anyways--
He has ADHD but nothing can distract him from you
Except for squirrels
He's like a puppy!
He curls up on your lap like a cat tho
Is touching you constantly
Holding your hand, kissing your cheek, hugging you from behind, playing with your hair
Gareth really, really loves when you ask him to teach you to play his drums?
He'll sit you on his lap
Or on the side of the stool (cough cough, Heartstopper--)
And he'll direct your hands
It's the softest thing ever
One time you got really mad and he let you take it out on his drums
You may have busted through one--
It sounded absolutely terrible but it helped you a lot
Gareth was watching in awe the whole time
"How did I get so lucky to get you?"
"What do you mean?"
"You just look so beautiful."
He doesn't really like those typical pet names like babe or baby
He hates them, actually (or he claims to, he thinks they'll make him seem less tough, so he calls you babe and baby and sweetheart when none of the Hellfire guys are around)
So he'll call you something like fruit loop or chick flick
It doesn't make any sense to anyone but you guys
It's so stupid
Specifically loves calling you the one thing that makes you blush in front of the Hellfire Club
Because they'll ask you about it and tease you about it for the rest of lunch/the campaign
He's always telling them to shut up but he loves it because it means you'll sit on his lap and bury your face in his neck
"Gareth, make them stop," You'll whine.
"I don't think I will," Gareth will whisper in your ear and rub up and down your back.
Gareth will either pay 100% attetion to you or the campaign there is no in between
He gets super invested and won't take his eyes off the dice or his character sheet
But when you're at his house, he will not take his eyes off you for a second
Unless you're in the bathroom
He's respectful
And random kisses?
Hard kisses, too
It's stupid, he knows, but he sees those couples making out against lockers and wishes it was you and him
And you've done it once or twice
Not in a crowded hallway though
Gareth likes showing you off but your kisses are private
Well, not all of them
Just like... the rough ones
Which is 90% of them
(I'm not even half done, hang on to your butts, brochacos)
Gareth gets jealous so easily
If he sees you talking to Eddie or Jeff or Mike or Dustin or Lucas or (Freak 1, as he's known--)
He will freak the fuck out
Hugging you from behind, tugging on your hair, pulling you away, distracting you

"Yeah, but we're gonna be late!"

"EXACTLY! LET'S GO!"
Gareth Emerson cannot lie for shit
So you always know when he's just jealous and wants you all to himself
But like... you have a life.
He likes to smell your hair...
Don't take that the wrong way he just really loves the way it smells
The coconut or strawberry or whatever
And he likes running his hands through your hair
Short or long, he doesn't give a flying fuck as long as you like it
He kind of likes it long though because you taught him how to braid
He's not good at it but he likes doing it because it's rythmic and gives him something to do

He acts like a toddler and has the anger issues of one
Which is super adorable but you also hate it--
It's like babysitting for free
But you love him so it doesn't matter
He's so sweet, too
Gareth will do anything for you

Will and Gareth? Will and Gareth?! WILL AND GARETH?!! I did NOT know this was a ship I needed until now. No offense to Mike "it's not my fault you don't like girls," Wheeler, but Will deserves better. I have a feeling that Gareth can be a bit of a grumpy bear like Hopper, and Joyce notices when Will brings him around.
