Thank goodness someone has finally stepped up to be a serious @cheshireinthemiddle exposer. @fuchagi and I have only been doing it on an amateur part-time basis for like five years now, but since we’re Japanese-Americans nobody outside of us paid that much attention.

This book is called Ryukyu Ryori and is by Toguchi, Hatsumi.
It has Okinawan food recipes and I just wanted to share them with the world.
