Micah, Jason and I saw Gruff (pronounced Griff) Rhys (Reese) last night in Sacramento. It was one of the coolest overall shows I've seen in a while. Gruff and his band rocked hard and also performed a few "skits".
Opening was Sacramento band Desario. I'd never heard of them, but when I saw the rhythm guitar and bass player had Rickenbackers I was locked in. I'd looked them up before the show and had seen shoegaze bands Ride and Lush used for comparison. But someone also mentioned The Chills and Orange Juice.
Without a doubt there is a shoegazey sound at work, but I see the other band comparisons as being legit. "Signal and Noise" is their newest release (LP on Fort Lowell Records, and CD on Sunday Records) but this band goes back to the early 2000s. Members have been in other Sacramento bands Rocketship and Holiday Flyer.

U.S. Air Force marks 100 years of air refueling with national overflight
Fernando Valduga By Fernando Valduga 06/27/23 - 11:00am Military
In honor of a century of excellence in air refueling, the United States Air Force (USAF) is expected to fly over all 50 states on June 27.
The Army Air Service - a predecessor of the Air Force - developed a way in the 1920s to extend flight missions, allowing aircraft, which were strictly propeller-powered, to remain in the air without landing to refuel.
On June 27, 1923, U.S. Army Air Service aviators performed the first air refueling, by passing gasoline through a gravity hose between two DH-4B aircraft. During this historic event, 1º Lieutenant of the Air Service Virgil Hine and 1º Lt. Frank Seifert pumped fuel from one plane, by means of a hose, to the other below, carrying Captain Lowell Smith and 1º Lt. John Richter. A few weeks later, Smith and Richter set a new resistance record of more than 37 hours, which involved more than a dozen refueling contacts, according to the USAF Museum.

Two Army Air Service pilots pump fuel through a hose from one plane to another in the San Diego sky on June 27, 1923.
Today, more than 150 tanker planes from 26 Total Force facilities are expected to participate with KC-135 Stratotankers, KC-10 Extenders and KC-46 Pegasus aircraft during overflights, celebrating a revolutionary capacity delivered 100 years ago. An Iowa National Air Guard Stratotanker KC-135, for example, will perform F-16 overflights in the Missouri River Valley region — and the 168ª Alaska Wing will fly over many locations with KC-135, including Fort Yukon in the east. central part of the state, Deadhorse in the far north and Kenai at the far south.
"Air refueling embodies our determination to defend freedom and project power, leaving an indelible mark on the history of aviation," said General Mike Minihan, commander of the Air Force Air Mobility Command. "It connects our strategic vision with operational reality, ensuring that we can reach any corner of the globe with unwavering speed."

The announcement earlier this year about the acquisition of the KC-46A and the accelerated search for the state-of-the-art air refueling system (NGAS) is driving the advancement of capacity that was developed and entrusted to aviators a century ago, the USAF declared.

Where In The World...
... Do The Duggars Live?  (As of April 2021)
Tumblr media
By request, this Ask will list where each Duggar Couple lives—city, county, and state, not addresses—and their proximity to The Big House.  I’ve also included a few fun facts, along the way.  Here we go!
Jim Bob + Michelle (Ruark) Duggar, along with all the Unmarried Children—Jana, Jer, Jason, James, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn, and Josie, and Tyler—live in Tontitown (Springdale), Washington County, Arkansas, in a steel–frame dwelling, nicknamed “The Tinker Toy House”—or, more simply, “The Big House.”  The house is a whopping 7,064 Sq. Feet, with 4 Bedrooms—Master, Guest, Girls, and Boys—and 7.5 Bathrooms, situated on 20 Acres.  Jim Bob + Michelle bought the property in March 2000.  (At the time, it housed a chicken hatchery.)  A few years later, Jim Bob had the idea of developing the plot to be the family compound...  And, The Duggar Compound was born!  After years of construction, The Big House was completed in January 2006.  The family has lived there ever since.  (Besides that brief stint while Josie was in NICU, when the family temporarily relocated to Little Rock’s historic Cornish House.)
Josh + Anna (Keller) Duggar, and their 6 Children, live in what Duggar Data is calling “The Warehouse.”  (Note—On the show, the Duggars have referred to it as “The Guesthouse.”  However, they’ve also used that term to refer to another Duggar–owned house near The Compound.  To avoid any confusion, I’ve given both homes district nicknames, and won’t refer to either as “The Guesthouse.”)  The Warehouse is a literal warehouse; however, some of its 4,800 Square Feet has been converted into a residential unit with unknown specifications.  Josh + Anna's prior residence sold on May 31, 2019—so, Duggar Data thinks they’ve lived in The Warehouse since June 2019–ish.
The Warehouse is on The Compound, ~150 Yards from The Big House.
John + Abbie (Burnett) Duggar, plus Gracie, live in a Single–Wide, Double–Length Mobile Home in Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas.  They’ve parked the trailer on a ~2.5 Acre, commercially–zoned parcel, owned by Jim Bob + Michelle.  (The parcel’s primary building is actually rented to a church.  Sort of a fun fact!)  Duggar Data thinks they’ve lived there continuously since their marriage, and suspects John lived there alone, before that.
It’s an ~6.6 Mile Drive from John + Abbie’s Trailer to The Big House.
(Note—John also owns a house in Rogers, Benton County; however, he rents that place out and doesn’t live there.)
Jill (Duggar) + Derick Dillard, plus their 2 Boys, live in Lowell, AR in Benton County, in a home they purchased in April 2019.  It’s a 3 Bed, 2 Bath, ~1,500 Square Foot house, and was New Construction when purchased.
Jill + Derick’s Home is an ~11.5 Mile Drive from The Big House.
Jessa (Duggar) + Ben Seewald, plus their 3 Children, reside in Fayetteville, Washington County, AR.  They’ve lived in the same 1,044 Sq. Foot, 2 Bed, 1 Bath house since Jessa + Ben’s Marriage in 2014.  Initially, they didn’t own it; Grandma Mary actually owned it.  However, Grandma Mary sold the home to Jessa + Ben in June 2017 for $100,000, per public records.  (There’s a rumor I’ve heard repeated a lot that they bought it for $1.  This is simply untrue.  It’s clearly documented as a $100,000 sale in public records.)
Fun Fact about Jessa + Ben’s Home:  Grandma Mary actually purchased this house from Garrett + Ethyl Ruark (AKA Michelle’s Parents) in 2007.  So, it has actually belonged to both set of grandparents.
Jessa + Ben’s Home (Previously Grandma Mary’s Home, then Josh + Anna’s Home) is a ~7 Mile Drive from The Big House.
Jinger (Duggar) + Jeremy Vuolo, plus their daughters, currently rent a home located in North Hollywood, Los Angeles County, CA.  The house has 4 Beds and 2 Baths, is 2,040 Sq. Feet, and was built in 1953.  They moved in in June 2019. (Note—It’s widely–thought that Grace Community Church owns Jinger + Jeremy’s Rental House; however, I was unable to confirm this.)
The Vuolos’ L.A. Rental is a 1,547 Mile Drive from The Big House.
Joe + Kendra (Caldwell) Duggar, plus their growing brood, live in what we’ll call “the Log Cabin.”  The Log Cabin is located on The Duggar Compound (in Tontitown, Washington County, AR).  It’s 2,040 Sq. Feet.  Duggar Data is a bit unclear on the exact ownership of the Cabin.  Obviously, it’s treated as Joe + Kendra’s House, but property records seem to indicate it’s actually owned by Jim Bob + Michelle.  (And the land it’s sitting on in definitely owned by J.B. + Michelle; there was no transfer of land to Joe + Kendra, whatsoever.)
The Log Cabin is located on The Compound, ~230 Yards from the Big House.
Josiah + Lauren (Swanson) Duggar, and Baby Bella, also rent their home, at the time being.  Their Rental Home is located in Lowell, Benton County, AR.  It boasts 1,364 Sq. Feet, 2+ Beds / 2 Baths, and was built in 1998.
Fun Fact:  Per public records, Josiah + Lauren recently—like, within the last 6 Months—bought two vacant residential parcels of land in Benton County, AR.  Also...  Lauren’s Dad, Katey Nakatsu’s Dad, and Jed have also bought land in the same general area, recently.  Dwain Swanson actually owns 6 Parcels!)
Josiah + Lauren’s Rental is a 13.9 Mile Drive to the Big House.
Joy–Anna (Duggar) + Austin Forsyth, plus Gideon and Evy, currently live in Fayetteville, Washington County, AR.  They bought their house in September 2019.  At the time, it was owned by Joy’s Parents, who purchased it in 2010.  Joy + Austin’s House was built in 1958; it has an Unknown # of Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, and 1,688 Sq. Feet.
Fun Fact:  Joy + Austin’s House is directly next door to Cousin Amy’s House.  Jim Bob + Michelle previously owned both parcels.  (Actually, most likely, the parcels were split off a larger tract of land.)  Jim Bob + Michelle also own the 20+ Acres of undeveloped land in the immediate vicinity of both houses, and plan to develop that property into a luxury campground and RV resort.
Joy + Austin’s House is a 10.1 Mile Drive from The Big House.
Jedidiah + Katey (Nakatsu) Duggar...  We don’t really know, yet.  However, I suspect they’re living in the house on–site at the Duggars’ Car Lot (Champion Motorcars).  Some tabloids have been claiming that Jim Bob + Michelle ‘gave’ Jed + Katey a house, and the house the articles refer to is, in fact, the Car Lot House.  Well...  There’s no evidence that Jim Bob + Michelle transferred / sold that house to Jed + Katey.  (Jim Bob + Michelle definitely still own it, actually.)  But, Duggar Data noticed something odd:  The Caldwell Family used to live in The Car Lot House.  (Their home is shown multiple times on Counting On and it’s definitely the same house.)  However, my sleuthing suggests they recently moved...  Like, in December 2020 or Early 2021.  Based on this, and the fact that Jed is involved in running the car lot...  My theory is that Jed + Katey are now living in the Car Lot House.  (And, I’m pretty sure the Caldwells are now living in a house owned by Joe + Kendra in Siloam Springs...)
The Car Lot House is a 4.5 Mile Drive to the Big House.
Justin + Claire (Spivey) Duggar.  Ironically, despite the fact that they started this whole Ask, I don’t actually know where they’re living.  Somewhere in TX, apparently, near Claire’s Parents.  Claire’s Parents live in Cresson, Parker, TX, which is in the Greater Fort Worth Area.  I was unable to find any property in Justin or Claire’s Names, so I’m pretty sure they don’t own a house yet.  I’m guessing that they’re renting, for now.
Cresson, TX is an ~395 Mile Drive to The Big House.
TL;DR:  Distance to The Big House—
150 Yards   Josh + Anna
230 Yards   Joe + Kendra
4.5 Miles   Jed + Katey
6.6 Miles   John + Abbie
7.0 Miles Jessa + Ben
10.1 Miles   Joy + Austin
11.5 Miles   Jill + Derick
13.9 Miles   Josiah + Lauren
~395 Miles   Justin + Claire
1,547 Miles   Jinger + Jeremy

When NOT to Use SEO
A large part of our business is conducting professional Search Engine Optimization services for small and medium-sized businesses. So you might be surprised to learn that we talk ourselves out of more SEO projects than not. Or, more accurately, we talk our clients out of doing SEO.
Many people see, hear and read about various SEO success stories from friends, colleagues and business associates and think, "Hey, sounds great. How can I use that for MY business?"
The problem with SEO, probably more than any other Internet marketing tactic, is that it's often the wrong tool for the job. No matter how bad you WANT it to be the answer to your problems and help you increase sales it's just not not going to cut it.
Tumblr media
sSo to help you evaluate whether SEO can be part of your well-rounded Internet marketing strategy, here's 5 reasons why SEO will NOT help you"
1. You Have a Made Up Product: The whole foundation of SEO is to position your webpages to be the answer to the question regarding relevant searches. If the product or service you offer is something so unique or made up, you can't leverage SEO for the simple reason that nobody knows to search for it. Case in point was a company that came to us to implement an SEO program for "Dog Wine." The problem is two-fold: Wine is actually bad for your dog so nobody would be looking for those keywords together unless maybe it was for "Dog wine poisoning." Secondly, the product wasn't actually wine at all but a type of gravy commonly sold to spruce up kibble. So while the product was real and perfectly OK to feed your dog, the association between the made up product category (dog wine) and the actual product (a kibble additive commonly referred to as "dog gravy") was beyond the scope of SEO. A better marketing solution that we suggested was a trade PR campaign combined with blogger reviews since the product needed explaining in order to "get it."
2. Low Search Volume: The biggest issue we find is that the keyword phrases associated with the company's products and services are in low demand. Nobody wants to hear that what they're selling is not in demand or the greatest thing since sliced bread. SEO exposes weaknesses in branding and product positioning. Sometimes SEO is considered a panacea for a weak product offering or non-existing branding campaign. SEO can't perform magic, and certainly can not create demand where little or none exists. SEO works best when you have a product or service with well-articulated BENEFITS to the person doing the search, since most searches start with "How do I... " or "How to... " Be the answer to that question assuming it's even being asked. Our keyword research will expose those weaknesses right away.
3. No Supporting Efforts: Search Engine Optimization has become increasingly complex in that one-time efforts, while still important, aren't enough to sustain any short term success. And with the rising importance of social media's impact on SEO, businesses will need to invest in ongoing social media efforts to boost their baseline SEO results since all the major search engines have gone on record that social media signals going in and out of a website are a validation of that site's authorityon a particular subject (and set of keywords). So to invest in SEO is really a baseline step that needs to be reinforced with social media marketing and content marketing and blogging on an ongoing basis.
4. Website Design is Not Set Up For SEO: While a website's layout can be changed, this can often lead to additional costs in order to change the layout of the website to make it SEO ready. For instance, the number one problem is when all products and services are listed on a single page. In order to perform proper SEO, each product or service must have it's own page since proper onsite SEO requires unique META tags, Title tags, keywords, etc. Another hurdle is when clients have Flash-heavy websites or resist placing actual text and words on the site preferring mostly pictures. SEO is about content, mainly text.
5. Need Results Immediately: And as you probably suspect, SEO can take time to take effect. In fact, the very nature of GOOD SEO practices is to try and mimic organic linking and social media activity in as natural means as possible. That means slowly, and gradually. And even then, it can take the search engines weeks and even months to index your site and move it up in the rankings - if at all! So if you have a special event or you're planning a product roll out or other timely event, SEO isn't going to be your ticket to the top.

Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center
Originally Reviewed on 03/02/2019
141 E Fort Lowell Tucson, AZ 85705
This is one out of two veterinary hospitals so far that I will never recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I don't know about you but my dogs are my babies, their family and because of Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center located at 141 E Fort Lowell Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705 my boyfriend and I lost one of our closest family members.   Veterinarians are supposed to be like a Doctor right? They are supposed to actually care about the animal, not the money. And part of being a veterinarian means you don't withhold information, important information. All the Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center cares about is money, they don't care about our family members, and they proved it to us; They wanted $3,000 cash in their hand before they would even start any kind of tests so I was on the phone with my mom crying because we were about to lose our dog and I told her all they care about is the money. The Veterinarian got in my face and started yelling t me saying no they don't. Um first of all, completely unprofessional and secondly, if it's not true why did she freak out so badly.       Well, our family member passed away and I requested all of her records to find out when they took her x-rays they sent it to a radiologist who apparently found something in her stomach and they never bothered to tell us.   We have been trying so hard to find a lawyer but all of them so far tell us Animal Malpractice is too hard of a case. None of them will even take the time to listen to the complete story and then decide. So please if you know of any recommendations we would truly appreciate it.         This is not the complete story of what happened but this review covers all of the main, needed to know information, so if you're like us and consider your animals as family please don't even go to this vet.     In our opinion, this business doesn't deserve any stars but I had to rate it before it would let me post.

The Advantages of Property Management
Tumblr media
Proper property management is the key to maximizing your returns on investment. It's a great way to let a professional handle the day-to-day operations of your property, and it can save you time and stress. A property manager will handle all of the day-to-day tasks, including collecting rent from tenants, setting rent prices that match the market, seeking new tenants, and coordinating leases. This also includes responding to maintenance requests from tenants.
While a traditional property manager may communicate with tenants via email and telephone, a newer model uses smarter technology to improve communication and data visibility. This technology includes online portals, mobile apps, and live chat to provide better service to tenants and landlords. In addition, it makes the process of handling day-to-day needs easier, because the property manager will be available to answer any questions or problems. Having someone take care of the day-to-day needs of your property will ensure that your property is well-kept and maintained. Fort Lowell Realty offers the best property management services, check them out.
Property management companies use smarter technology to communicate with tenants. While traditional property managers rely on emails and phone calls, the new models leverage smarter tech solutions to make communication easier and data more accessible. These innovative tools include online portals, mobile apps, and live chat. This means that a property manager's team can stay up to date with new laws, keep the building in top condition, and quickly solve any problems that arise. A good property manager will have a team of people who will work to make your life as easy as possible.
While a good property manager has a good relationship with tenants, they must also be able to manage the company's day-to-day operations. Often, the manager will have a lot of time to focus on managing the property and solving any problems that arise. They can also manage your properties through a specialized software that will ensure the smooth running of your business. They can handle all of the day-to-day operations and solve any problems that arise.
Another advantage of using a property management service is the flexibility. Unlike a landlord, a property manager is not limited to a single location. They can manage properties across many states. By utilizing software to manage multiple properties, a property manager can offer the services of many different locations. The software helps landlords to avoid legal headaches and avoids time-consuming commutes. They can even use smarter tech to help tenants with maintenance issues. Kindly view here for more information about property management.
A property manager can also manage your budget and important records. They should keep track of maintenance requests, complaints, and other information. They should be able to organize the necessary paperwork and stay on top of relevant laws. They should also be able to answer questions and solve problems. As a landlord, you should never have to worry about the details of your property. Instead, property managers will take care of all the day-to-day tasks, and they will do them for you. If you probably want to get more enlightened on this topic, then click on this related post: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Property_management.

The Benefits of Using Property Management Services
Tumblr media
Using property management services is an excellent way to add value to your investment property. These services handle the day-to-day operations of your property. These duties include collecting rents from tenants, setting rent prices based on the market, and finding new tenants and coordinating leases. Some property managers also follow up on maintenance requests from tenants. A property manager can save you time and effort by doing these tasks. Let's examine the benefits of hiring a professional to oversee your rental properties.
Good communication skills are an absolute must. Your property manager should keep you informed of any issues that may arise, and be responsive to tenant requests and concerns. It is also important to be able to communicate well with your tenants. Having an office full of people who understand the needs and concerns of tenants can help you focus on your business and not your property. If you are a busy person, you may want to consider a property management service that can take care of this. Check it out here to learn more about property management.
The services of a property manager can help owners avoid empty units and renew existing leases. While showing a property to prospective tenants is always recommended, many tenants are wary of moving into a new one without first inspecting it. If you live out of state and cannot get out to view the property, a property manager can help you. A property manager can show tenants the space's full potential and fix any issues that could prevent them from settling in.
A property manager can also handle the budget of your property. They will also have to keep track of important records and documents, such as tenants' leases. A property manager will be responsible for keeping you updated about tenant complaints and repair costs. By outsourcing these duties, you will save time and stress. And if your property manager is good, they will not have any problems dealing with tenants. It is a win-win situation for you and your tenants.
Hiring the services of Fort Lowell Realty is an excellent way to save time and money. A professional property manager will be able to communicate with tenants and owners and will keep you informed. Providing property management services will allow you to focus on your business, and the best part is that you don't have to worry about the hassles and headaches of managing your property. You can simply hire a professional to handle the day-to-day activities of a landlord.
A property manager must be communicative and responsive. A property manager must be able to keep in touch with tenants and provide timely updates. They must also be able to address tenant concerns and communicate with tenants on a regular basis. This type of service will allow you to spend more time on other aspects of your business, such as meeting your family. It will also free up your time to enjoy other facets of your life, and it will ensure that your rental investment is in good hands. For more understanding of this topic, visit this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Property_management_system.

how far does each duggar daughter/son in law live from their parents? (ex. john and abbie to abbie's parents)
Tumblr media
Where In The World...  Do The Duggar In–Laws Live?
[ Follow–Up to Where In The World Do The Duggars Live? ]
Good Ask, Anon!  Most of the In–Laws’ Homes have been featured at least 1–2x on 19 Kids & Counting or Counting On.  (And each family’s general location has definitely been discussed on the shows.)  Public property records assisted me in filling in the gaps.  So, without further ado—
Since 1981, Mike + Suzette Keller (Anna’s Parents) have lived in a double–wide trailer on property they own in Interlachen, Putnam County, Florida.  The Keller Family Trailer has 1,248 Sq. Feet, with 3 Beds / 2 Baths.  It sits on a ~5 Acre parcel, which Mike bought way back in 1978.
Josh + Anna live on the Duggar Compound in Tontitown, Washington County, Arkansas.  They live ~150 Yards from Josh’s Parents, and a ~1,088 Mile Drive from Anna’s Parents.
Johnny + Cheryl Burnett (Abbie’s Parents) live in a single–family home they own in Stratford, Garvin County, Oklahoma.  It has 2,991 Sq. Foot, 3 Beds / 2 Baths, and sits on a 0.48 Acre Lot.  The Burnetts bought it in 1999.
John + Abbie live in a Mobile Home on Duggar–owned property in Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas.  It is a ~6.6 Mile Drive to John’s Parents, and a ~252 Mile Drive to Abbie’s Parents.
Cathy Dillard–Byrum (Derick’s Mother), and Derick’s Stepfather, Ronnie, live in Cathy’s Home in Rogers, Benton County, Arkansas.  Built in 1989, the home has 1,671 Sq. Feet and 2 Bathrooms, and sits on ~0.68 Acres of land.  Cathy + Rick Dillard bought the house in 1989.  Since Rick’s death in 2008, the home is owned 100% by Cathy, who now lives there with her 2nd Husband.
Jill + Derick own and live in a home in Lowell, Benton County, Arkansas.  Their house is a ~11.5 Mile Drive to Jill’s Parents, and a ~15.8 Mile Drive to Derick’s Mom.
A few years after Ben’s Wedding, Michael + Guinn Seewald (Ben’s Parents) moved from Hot Springs, AR, to Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.  They own a large Victorian–style home there.  It has 3 Beds / 3 Baths across 2,618 Sq. Feet, and sits on 0.42 Acre.
Jessa + Ben live in a house they now own in Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas.  It’s a ~7.0 Mile Drive to Jessa’s Parents, and an ~188 Mile Drive to Ben’s Parents.
Since 2002, Chuck + Diana Vuolo (Jeremy’s Parents) have lived in a house they own in Downingtown, Chester County, Pennsylvania.  It is a 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom house, built in 1977, with 2,704 Sq. Feet of living space, and a 1.3 Acre lot.
As of April 2021, Jinger + Jeremy rent a home in North Hollywood, LA County, California.  It’s far from either set of parents...  A ~1,547 Mile Drive to Jinger’s Parents, and a ~2,692 Mile Drive to Jeremy’s Parents.
Paul + Christina Caldwell (Kendra’s Parents) moved in the last ~6 Months.  Previously, they lived in the Car Lot House at Champion Motorcars, which is owned by Jim Bob + Michelle Duggar.  Recently, they moved—potentially so Jed + Katey can move into the Car Lot House.  Their new home is owned by Joe + Kendra, and located in Siloam Springs, Benton County, Arkansas.  It’s situated on >10 Acres, in a predominantly rural location.
Joe + Kendra live in The Log Cabin (on The Duggar Compound) in Tontitown, Washington County, Arkansas.  It’s ~230 Yards from Joe’s Parents, and it’s a 13.9 Mile Drive to Kendra’s Parents in Siloam Springs.
After moving to Arkansas in Late 2017 / Early 2018, Lana + Dwain Swanson (Lauren’s Parents) rented a home in Cave Springs, Benton County, and they still live there as of 2021.  (Duggar Data is pretty sure...)  The home has 3,468 Sq. Feet, 4 Bedrooms, and 4 Bathrooms.
Josiah + Lauren currently rent in Lowell, Benton County, Arkansas— a ~13.9 Mile Drive to Josiah’s Parents, and a ~8.7 Mile Drive to Lauren’s Parents.
Terry + Roxanne Forsyth (Austin’s Parents) live on site at Fort Rock Family Camp, which they own.  The home, which they have owned since moving to Arkansas in 2002, has 2,040 Sq. Feet of living space.  While it’s on the camp property—which spans >100 Acres—it’s ~0.33 Miles from the main facilities.  Fun Fact:  Austin’s Paternal Grandparents live next–door!  (Literally, 50 Yards Away.)
Joy + Austin own a home in Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas.  It’s a ~10.1 Mile Drive to Joy’s Parents, and a ~34.4 Mile Drive to Austin’s Parents + Paternal Grandparents.
Kory + Kerry Nakatsu (Katey’s Father and Step–Mother) moved with her to Arkansas, apparently...  They bought a McMansion in Springdale, Washington County in Late December 2020, after selling their old house in Mesa, Arizona.  The Nakatsus’ Arkansas Home sits on 1 Acre of land.  The home spans 3,370 Sq. Feet (2,912 Main House / 458 Pool House).  It’s a 4 Bed / 4 Bath, and has an impressive 4–Car Garage, plus an in–ground pool out back.
Jed + Katey are probably living in the Car Lot House at Champion Motorcars, owned by Jed’s Parents, in Tontitown, Washington County, Arkansas.  If so...  It’s a ~4.5 Mile Drive to Jed’s Parents, and a ~7.6 Mile Drive to Katey’s Dad + Step–Mother.
Finally, Robert + Hilary Spivey (Claire’s Parents) live in a house they own in Cresson, Parker County, Texas.  Built in 2014, it spans 2,741 Sq. Feet.
We don’t know where Justin + Claire are living, except that they’re living near Claire’s Parents.  If they’re living in Cresson, it is a ~395 Mile Drive to Justin’s Parents in Arkansas.
TL;DR—Who Lives Closest To Their In–Laws?
Anna   150 Yards to the Duggars’
Kendra   230 Yard to the Duggars’
Katey   4.5 Miles to the Duggars’
Abbie   6.6 Miles to the Duggars’
