Act I: The Journey Begins (Finale)
EsteWith the crew at sea for a farly long time, Chrys may have been filled with a bit of regret given the lack of activities she could find to entertain herself aside from occasionally attempting to sing some kind of shanty or playing with the fish Pokemon that passed by as the boat held its course. Part of the Lilleena even feared that perhaps she was wrong and this mysterious Estellise lady didn’t even know where she was going which made Chrys feel even more regretful with the possibility that they could just be stranded at sea. Yet despite her own fidgeting, Chrys checking in on Keithan and Quincy didn’t seem to show any similar discouragement which put her at ease by at least a little bit.
Respectively Keithan and Quincy seemed rather relaxed, really, Keithan napping under the sun while Quincy just seemed to be looking around at the surroundings; these things contributed further to calming Chrys’ nerves. Looking more toward Estellise who was watching ahead of the boat’s course, Chrys felt like now would be a better time if ever to try and get to better know their mysterious companion since they’d be together for a while it seems. “Hey, uh, Miss Estellise?” She’d start, but quickly be interjected by the Gothekiss who chuckled and waved a hand in front of her face “No need for the Miss, Princess. Estellise is fine, what is it~?” She’d beam back at the Lilleena while giving off a warm and welcoming energy in her cheery response. “It’s just..uhm...well I know nothing of you, honestly...none of us know anything about you, so do pardon our skepticism about your innocent name, however I do hope you understand where it comes from.”
Shortly after saying that, Quincy would glance over at the two as they conversed, intrigued by the topic as he couldn’t deny that of the 3, he was definitely the most skeptical of this strange seraph like hybrid. Now that he had even had the time to stop and think about it, Quincy was fairly familiar with all the different residents of the kingdom yet somehow someone like her seemed to miss him entirely. With the sketchiness of this boat they were on he could deduce that perhaps she is from Ghalidor and merely snuck her way into the kingdom, yet she claimed to have also been granted a blessing by the queen to enter. Nothing about her seemed to add up, yet at the same time she was what stood between them getting safely to Ghalidor or ending up abandoned in the wide open sea so for the time being the Lurantis would hold his thoughts and interrogations in for the sake of the others’ safety, at least until they could touch land.
“Ahaha, of course I understand, Princess.” Estellise would reply, “Imagine that, right? You’re arguing with someone about a far off foreign place and then this stranger you’ve never met or heard of shows up and says they can help you settle the argument by taking you off to that foreign place to lay the argument to rest once and for all, I’d be skeptical of myself too! But, I assure you there are no ill intentions in me aiding you in getting to this country, Lady Chrysanthemum.” Estellise would now put a hand to her chest and bow forward a bit. “I merely wish to aid my Princess in getting to wherever her heart contents safely and then return with tales of adventure for her to share to all!” Such logic Chrys couldn’t find an argument or hint of suspicion against, clearly Estellise was someone to be trusted based off that alone. Chrys could only nod approvingly at the Gothekiss before returning back to facing forward on the boat again, letting her hand drag through the surface of the water as it floated along. In a similar vain, Quincy returned back to watching their surroundings seeing that the conversation would have ended there and back to the silent sailing they returned, mostly anyways, Keithan’s snoring was definitely hindering that a bit.
More time passed of the four sailing seemingly endlessly, though everyone was so used to the inactivity that it was barely even a complaint at this point about it and more so just wondering what it will be like when they do finally arrive to this Ghalidor or what the people will be like or even how they’ll talk. If Estellise were anything to go by as a representative of the country, they could all seem pleasant and sweet which would make things a tad bit easier for communication and first contacts, but who was to really say. “Won’t be long now, everyone.” Estellise spoke up breaking the silence which got everyone’s attention turned to her then quickly out toward the front of the boat where Estellise was pointing out ahead of. Sure enough, still a bit of a distance away, but at least well enough in sight, they were coming up on what looked like a port of sorts where various other boats were docked. Drawing closer to the location, workers could be seen unloading various different forms of goods and cargo, though what made itself apparent was that everyone in sight were some sort of hybrid of sorts which lit Chrys’ eyes up.
“Alright everyone, be ready for dock and since you lot seem to be foreigners entirely to this land, just let me do the speaking and move as I move, sound good?” Estellise got confirming nods and in return nodded back before letting the boat move into a spot for everyone to disembark. Letting Keithan be in charge of tying said boat up, Estellise was quickly approached by what looked like some kind of guard who held out a halting hand to her. “State your identity and business here in Ghalidor, ma’am.” The guard demanded to which Estellise bowed her head and pointed back to Chrys and the rest of her friends. “My name is Estellise, I am a resident to these lands who went out on a little boat trip to catch fish and found these 3 trapped at sea so I aided them in coming back this way so they can get supplies and perhaps be returned to their own boat later that they may be on their way back to their own home. I know how suspicious this may seem, but I assure you my high class citizenship should be enough a good word to letting them through, my own supervision provided of course.” The seraph would speak politely and respectfully before reaching into her pocket and pulling out a little passport of sorts that shortly after being looked over by the guard would be returned to her followed by a nod of the head from the guard who then stepped away to let them be. Though Quincy raised a brow at this. “A high class citizenship?” He questioned which caught Estellise’s attention who merely put a hand to her cheek and sighed. “Yes, I admit that I’m somewhat a big deal in this country, but I grew sick of the lifestyle and wished to leave it behind. Hence why I sought citizenship in the Princess’ kingdom.”
“SO ARE YOU LIKE A PRINCESS HERE TOO?” Chrys asked sparkles in her eyes getting a chuckle from Estellise who shook her head humbly. “Not quite, your highness, I’d be more like...hmm...a noblewoman. Yes, that fits quite well actually. Noblewoman indeed.”
“And you didn’t like that lifestyle?” “I understand your skepticism, Quincy, but yes, I promise you that’s the case. I can explain it further, but for now it’d be wise for us to not be speaking of such things so close to the security of this place, eh? Surely we’re all hungry! Why not discuss this over lunch in the marketplaces? I can show you right this way and I promise to answer all your questions as they come.”
And just like that, once Keithan finished tying down their boat, The trio were in Ghalidor officially! Chrys being the most excited of course as she eyed the scenery they came by up and down to no end. Yeah the kingdom she hailed from was known for housing various different hybrid types, the hybrids in this Ghalidor place were far more varied and unique. She saw things like Machamps mixed with Aggrons, decidueye mixed Lopunny, a unique kind of Red Bisharp and many many more. Quincy and Keithan were just as much impressed by the new scenery, though something seemed unsettling about the residents who where Chrys was so focused on the many types of hybrids, failed to notice the looks they were getting, as if they were recognized as outsiders and help some form of malice toward. Regardless of these looks however, soon the group arrived at the marketplaces that Estellise mentioned. A more familiar sight for the group as similarly to the kingdom, the place was a culmination of various different hut and cart set ups offering a variety of services ranging from food to clothing. Again, Chrys awed by the small things separated from the group checking out the various different clothing options and jewelries to see how their style differed from the kingdoms while Keithan, Quincy and Estellise unaware of her separation looked toward the food carts in hopes of finding something to settle their stomachs which at this point given the different aromas around them were rumbling quite audibly.
It was while the group were busy examining these different food choices made available to them that Chrys was approached by what looked like some kind of Medicham mixed gothitelle. “Are you foreign to this land, miss~?” The Meditelle asked which got a nod from Chrys. “I traveled a couple days at sea to get to here actually!” She explained “Ah~! Just what I thought, here why don’t you come with me quickly. I think I know just the type of things you’d like to see given your fascination with our culture and all.” The lady offered while lightly taking Chrys’ hand and heading off with her in a different direction even further from the group. Back with said group, by this point Quincy was questioning what the others thought for food, starting with Keithan who provided a less than savory answer upon declaring, “Anything so long as it has a lot of meat” which merely got an Eye roll from Quincy who instead proceeded to ask Chrys her thoughts, but with no reply coming at all, he turned and looked only to See Keithan and Estellise after a quick sweep of the area which caused a bit of panic as he rushed to see if he could spot her anywhere nearby only to again come up with nothing. “Guys!” He called quickly grabbing their attention. “Where’s Chrys?” He asked frantic. “I thought she was with you.” Estellise chimed. Then the two looked to Keith who shrugged. “Don’t look at me, I was merely following you guys!” “Oh dear, okay the food is going to have to wait, this is *not* the place you want to turn up missing..alright so if we retrace the steps we took coming here...okay follow me this way!”
Back with Chrys, the Meditelle seemed to be taking her off some place off from the public areas provided which concerned the Lilleena who watched as the further she was dragged along, the less people and shops there suddenly was. “Where are we going lady?” She asked, but there was no reply from the Meditelle who simply kept moving. This made Chrys worry and quickly pull her arm away, readying herself to run back the opposite way before it was too late, but not too long after doing so, the Meditelle whistled into the air, then called out a hushed, “NOW!” As right then and there two more medichams popped out from behind some bushes around the area and ambushed Chrys’ path. Recognizing this as a dangerous situation, Chrys was quick to pull her bow and ready an arrow, but just as she did, a sudden wave of sound hit her from the side as out came out what looked like a meloetta, though shortly after that soundwave hit her, chrys’ vision grew hazy and her eyelids heavy, her bow dropped quickly from her hands but before she herself could hit the ground from the drowsy state she was put in, the medichams grabbed her arms holding her up while the Meditelle approached and could be heard speaking. “Okay, dear, just relax, this may hurt a bit, but I promise you you’ll be fine, I just need that thing you’re harboring inside of you...” Right at this point, Quincy, Keith and Estellise who were hot on the trail arrived a distance away and Chrys through her drowsiness could hear one of them shouting out something toward her, but the instant she turned her head to try and look, a sudden sharp pain snapped her right out of her drowsiness. Everything seemed to pause. Looking back at this Medicham mixed Gothitelle lady Chrys could see her arm stretched out at her and then following it down, she could see it glowing somewhere around where the hand was, but with no sight of the hand as further inspection showed what she could make out the hand having been...somehow punched inside of her stomach. Another surge of pain led to the Lilleena sharply inhaling only to quickly be let out in a violent cough as the hand remained inside of her for a bit longer, gripping at something she could feel and then just like that, out it came. No blood, no wound left, but something wasn’t right, Chrys felt weak and immediately fell to the ground once the other two medicham holding her up released her. Again her vision blurred, but this wasn’t drowsiness, this time Chrys felt drastically tired. Quickly the two medicham ran off behind the meditell while the Earlier Meloetta covered their escape by using some form of a barrier that stopped Keithan from giving chase. Through her Haze Quincy could be heard calling her name, then she felt another pain as she was sat up on his lap but she was too weak in this current state to do anything thus she could only gradually go more and more limp, her head being turned to face Quincy as her vision faded gradually in and out with her conscious barely being held on.
She wanted to say something or do anything to show she was alright, but she only kept slipping further and further, everything in her line of vision even started to turn hazy now, Briefly her vision faded only to come back in with sight of Keithan and Quincy over her trying desperately to snap her out of it while Estellise could be seen trying to heal pulse her to keep her awake, but soon enough, despite the muffled cries of her name and demands she stay with them alongside the healing efforts of their strange friend, The Lilleena eventually stropped struggling, her eyes closing as her body turned limp entirely without even so much as a word or sound from her lips

Act I: The Journey Begins (Pt.5)
Nightfall, moon high in the sky, estimated time:10 at night
Things were tense once the group finally met up for the journey. Despite the stranger Estellise’s optimism and cheeriness about the adventure ahead of the group, Chrys was silent from feelings of guilt getting both Keithan and Quincy involved, mostly feeling as if she had done so against their wills, but at the same time this was the closest thing she’s gotten to a lead on the potential whereabouts of her parents’ possible location so how was she not expected to jump on this opportunity with or without them? That’s how she would rationalize her actions, if she weren’t expected to go on this trip, Quincy should not have told her about the Khaballah’s crescent to begin with. Though try to ignore it as she might, in the end Chrys knew her guilt was warranted for her harsh actions taken when she knew her two escorts with her only wanted to make sure she didn’t get herself near killed or hurt again. Best to just push past it though, it was already too late anyways as they had made their way well beyond the borders of their kingdom’s territory.
Silence all around, no one knew what to say. Mostly it seemed that everyone was just sorta watching Estellise closely as they followed behind her as if expecting her to suddenly turn and attack them which even the Gothitelle seemed to have caught onto as she turned her head to look back while walking onward, calling back to her travel companions in a sweet tone, “Relax you three, if I was going to bite, I’d have done it paces ago, we’re almost at the water bank. You’ll be pleased to know that I actually managed to secure from a local in the kingdom a boat for us to use!”
Such a disarming tone, even Quincy couldn’t help but think that she may have just been a genuine aid all along, but that didn’t change the pit he felt in his stomach knowing the trip they were going on. He had to talk to Chrys, but every time he saw that hopeful look of hers he couldn’t bring himself to tell her what he knew. He pondered if maybe this would be a better idea for her to go on this trip. Why hear it second hand? Maybe there was some form of closure to be gained from letting her find out the truth on her own in person with friends there to console her...but then he started to imagine how much she would hate and resent him and it made him feel awful, it was truly a loss situation as if he told her the truth, she’d hate him for hiding it. but if he selfishly let her find out on her own and held back that he knew all along, she’d still hate him in the end. The lurantis was lost in his thought for so long that he never even noticed that Chrys started walking alongside him and was trying to get his attention.
“Quincy?... Quiiincy!” A voice trailed in the background of his mind as he paced on till finally a loud, “QUINCY!” snapped him out of it. Standing there ahead of him was Chrys who looked concerned but quickly went back to smiling once she confirmed that he acknowledged her. Looking around he could see that Estellise and Keithan had also paused for a moment. “Are you okay?” Keithan would ask, Quincy quick to nod then shake his head and let out a small chuckle. “Yes I’m fine, sorry about that, I was just thinking about something...did you need something Chrys? Why don’t we uh...continue to walk and talk?” Estellise would nod, then onward again they walked, but Chrys’ pace slowed to that of Quincy’s “Hey, uhm...I just wanted to say, sorry about my snapping earlier...” the Lilleena would speak sheepishly while tapping her finger tips together. Seems her guilt would have gotten the better of her warranting this confrontation. “It means a lot to me that you’re willing to come regardless though, this whole thing means a lot to me and I hope you can understand why I’m so eager to go. I’m sure my moms will be happy to see both you and me and then we can go back and drag Sylph and they’ll be happy to see her too!”
Now it was Quincy’s turn to feel guilty...he couldn’t bear with it any longer, the idea that they’d spend so much time going to this place where Chrys would think her parents are only to find out that they’ve been long gone on top of knowing he knew the whole time tore him into two within minutes of the thought popping thus he was quick to try and speak now, “Chrys, I--” he started, “Look, I need to tell y-” “HERE~!” Estellise’s voice interjected at the last minute. Right at a water bank the crew came to a stop, Chrys eagerly running up beside Estellise as they approached a medium sized boat. Looked hand made, sail and all, but the craftsmanship was no less than professional looking. “What connection did you go through to get this again??” Keithan asked as he ran a finger on the sanded wood, surprised to see there was no splinters nor even did he feel a roughness that normally comes from hand sanded wood done without expertise.
“Does is matter~?” Estellise chimed in response, stepping aboard as she began to prep the sail. Chrys, Keithan and Quincy quick to follow aboard, but Quincy a little hesitant, just biting his lower lip as he had missed his chance to tell Chrys the truth and again choked up to do so once more. It seems they were locked in now...no turning back Chrys found a seat toward the front of the boat Keithan aiding Estellise who seemed to be too weak to actually untie the large knot on the sail’s rope and control it at the same time where she complimented Keithan on his ability to do so with ease. Quincy sighed, taking his seat near the back where he waited till eventually after getting a hard enough breeze of wind, the boat gradually accelerated forward and just like that, off the crew was! Some eager for the journey ahead--...and some not so much...

Act I: The Journey Begins (Pt.4)
So here the 3 stood, Chrys beside Keithan with her wrist held firmly in his hands- “By the way can I have my arm back Keithan?” “Oh right right, sorry.” So here the 3 stood now, Chrys beside Keithan with her newly reacquired independent functionality of her wrist. This mystery woman, “Estellise” standing across from them with a welcoming smile and demeanor about her. Neither knew who each other was---or-er...well, Chrys and Keithan didn’t know who she was, but she knew who they were...or well rather she knew who Chrys was, honestly it wasn’t quite clear who she did and didn’t know, I mean honestly she COULD know Keithan, but maybe not? There’s no reason she should ever know who he is, but he is a knight so maybe? So Chrys doesn’t know Estellise, Neither does Keithan, but she knows Keithan and Keithan knows her, Chrys her, not Estellise her and she not him, Estellise not him, him being Keithan.... Moving on
“How did you know we were looking for that?!” Chrys chimed, but Estellise merely replied with a chuckle while putting the back of her hand to her mouth.
“Well, Princess, you were kinda shouting it the entire time you were on that mad dash from one side of the kingdom to here, so it was kinda hard to miss.”
“Oh... ... ...well uh, yes we’re trying to get there!”
“Well luckily for you, I know how we can get there, but as I’m sure you already know you have to first make it to a rather---mmmh, dangerous and foreign land known as Ghalidor that borders the Archipelago and get through there to find a ferry that can take us to it. OTHERWISE, if we go straight there we may be in convictions of a war crime of that land, don’t ask how I know that~”
What a strange thing to tack on at the end of that explanation, but Chrys didn’t think anything of it and to be honest completely disregarded everything past, “Travel to a dangerous and foreign land” which had her eyes already sparkling at the idea of a grand adventure that awaited her. The kinda look that made even Keithan nervous as he wondered what troubles he was going to be expected to get into this time and if it would compromise his knighthood which he had only just recently obtained.
“WE’LL-” Chrys eagerly started, but was quick to be cut off as Keithan covered her mouth with a hand and pulled her back to discuss in private.
“Chrys, we really don’t know this woman at all. I know you’re allowed to make your own decisions and I’m merely to follow orders, but I am at least allowed to make suggestions and grant advice when I feel something is amiss so how’s about we pump the brakes for a second and think on this...we’re both wayyy too young still to be doing big things like this, so really unless another adult of equal experience and knowledge as this lady comes calling your name this very instant and is willing to tag along with us, why would we so willingly go with this stranger?” “CHRYS! CHRYSANTHEMUM WAIT, HFF, HFF. CHRYS! I HAVE TO TALK TO YOU--” a familiar voice called from the distance getting louder and louder as Chrys merely gave a smug smirk to Keithan, meanwhile Keithan looking over his shoulder to see Quincy moving as fast as he could ever recall someone of his age doing so in disbelief at just how lucky this Lilleena could truly be. “Well...alright, BUT, he still has to agree to go.” “Watch me~!”
The Laurantis was absolutely winded, seeming due to having run the whole distance from his home to where Chrys managed to get. Through gasps he tried to get words out to her, but with no avail; perhaps he should try to get out and do more cardio. Given his inability to do nothing more than wheeze and breathe heavy, Chrys would approach him with an innocent smile on her face, a face Quincy knew all too well as he quickly reeled back and gestured a “No” with his appendages at her. This face was the face of a girl he knew to want something and when Chrys tended to want things, said things often came with danger or risks far beyond anything he could condone so best to shut it down quick before letting it get out, however he didn’t account for her next move. Making a pouting face with her eyes wide and sparkly from the fake tears she managed to produce and lower lip puckered out and quivering the Lilleena sniffled, “But Uncle Q, you didn’t even let me say anything...” And this worked all too well as the Lurantis merely crossed his arms in response and turned his head away, but then peeked an eye at Chrys who still held the charade only to tremble and groan before finally sighing out with his posture slouching showing true defeat. “What is it, Chrysanthemum?”, he asked begrudgingly.
Immediately Chrys’ expression changed to one of bright and cheery, minorly annoying Quincy who realized how gullible he is. “So this lady says that the place you said my mother is from is a place she knows how to get to and said if we can procure a means of transportation across water to get there then she can take us, SO, Keithan said it would be foolish of us to just go on our own without a “proper” back up or supervision,”
“And he’s right.” Quincy interjected.
“But that’s besides the point!” Chrys quickly retorted before then clasping her hands together tight and leaning her weight on the mantis. “PLEEEEEEEEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE JOIN US!!!.”
“No.” Quincy answered flatly. This was not something he could ever approve of. If it wasn’t Chrys’ sister who would have his claws for allowing Chrys to do, then surely the Queen would have him declawed and exiled for such negligence and that’s all before considering his own feelings on the situation and he could not find it in him to allow Chrys this journey that surely she’d label an “adventure” “No, I cannot condone this behavior or actions, Chrys.” He continued with a more serious tone. “You don’t even know the land or the people nor do we know this lady!--Sorry, by the way, I’m Quincy, Chrys’ former foster parent.”
“Estellise, just...Estellise, hahaha~!”
“Back to the point, Chrys, you tend to do things without thought and it’s almost gotten you killed too many times, after all do you see the scars on Keithan? That wasn’t anything he’d done!”
Chrys’ head hung low now, he was right, Keithan was only hurt because of her negligence in the last journey, but she didn’t like to hear it. Her brow furrowed and her hands balled into trembling fists before she then shot up a glare at Quincy. “As princess of the kingdom Adrana, I do not need your permission to do anything and merely wished to comfort your feelings by asking you to tag along. Now whether or not you two are coming I’m going and it will be entirely up to you if I am accompanied or not-” “Chrys!-” Quincy was quick to cut her off, but just as Quick Chrys raised her voice in return. “I INTEND--to find my mothers and if that’s a problem, I challenge either of you to try and stop me..”
Quincy held a look of concern now. He’d seen all forms of Chrys before even an unhappy tantruming version, but this was different. For the first time he could ever remember, she was dead serious and he only had himself to blame for telling her about the location to begin with. Keithan didn’t even try to object, the energy Chrys gave off wasn’t one he felt he was in any position to try and challenge, but he knew he had to keep her safe so he merely moved to her side and looked at Quincy as a subtle way of asking if he’s in or not and without much another choice that he could morally forgive himself for choosing, albeit his reluctance, Quincy nodded. “So be it then..we follow your lead, Lady Chrysanthemum.”
Chrys eyeing Quincy for a small bit after hearing him say that quickly went from anger to guilt, but she then also quickly staved off that feeling by feigning confidence as she turned to Estellise. “I have a team now, we take you up on your offer.”
Estellise merely gave a beaming smile in return clapping her hands together eagerly as she gave out a joyous cheer, “Yay~! Alright then, gather supplies needed and meet at the kingdom gates, we’ll figure things out from there.”

Act I: The Journey Begins (Part 3)
Like some kind of blue, spiky-haired, red sneaker wearing speed junkie, Chrys eagerly sprinted back the way she initially came, repeating the name, “Khabadalah’s Crescent.” to herself over and over again so she would not forget it. This was the closest thing she’s gotten to a clue about her Parents’ whereabouts since the day she vowed to find them some day and she’d be dammed if she weren’t to take on this task of tracking down where this “Crescent” was.
As the Lilleena paced back toward the royal castle, she thought of all the amazing things that Quincy explained about them and their similarities to her and her older sister, Sylph. The more stern Lilleena never showed much interest in getting to the bottom of who their parents were like Chrys did on a daily basis, but the younger Lilleena was sure that if she could get them to come back that Sylph would be just as happy as she, All she had to do was---...Oh...
and just like that; as quick as the wind hit her sails and took her out to sea on a path filled with wondrous rewards and upbeat shanties accompanied by a nice OST that would surely be copyrighted if used by an influencer on social media without a credit, the brakes were pumped as Chrys realized that even if she could find this “Khabadalah’s Crescent”, how would she get out to it? Where would it even be? As far as she knows, the Maps of the plain of land she and the rest of Adrana inhabited only had other kingdoms and some landmarks listed, but nothing about a “Ghalidor” or anything about the Crescent. Hell no one even spoke of it within this kingdom aside from Quincy up to this point proving that it had to be something foreign and would require she leave not only the kingdom walls, but also the entire continent of land she resided on!
With her pace now slowing down to a sluggish dragging of her feet as she realized that this one may be a bit above even HER abilities as an self proclaimed “Adventurer”, Chrys failed to notice that she had again passed by her friend Keithan. The Blue, Spiky-Haired, No sneaker wearing Abnaught looking down worriedly at Chrys as she trudged by him deflated and sad-like, quick to ask; “Chrys-I-I MEAN! L-Lady Chrysanthemum! What ales you, M’lady?” But no response came as she just continued onward, muttering to herself something low.
Not the one to so easily give up, Keithan was quick to run and catch up to Chrys, reassuming his stance as a knight as she started to trudge past him again. “Lady Chrysanthemum, is something the matter, M’lady?” But again, Chrys continued on without an acknowledgement, so this time Keithan decided to be more direct. Again running ahead of her path, but this time assuming his stance directly in front of her path. “Lady Chrysanthe-BLAGH!!!” Only to then be surprisingly tramped beneath her as she continued to walk onward without stopping...
With no real option left to him on how to properly gain the attention of his superior princess, the Abnaught would recover quick, patting himself down as he would then call out. “HEY, CHRYS, WHAT AM I? BEACHED MAGIKARP HERE????” Only to this time get her attention as the Lilleena came to a halt and turned to face him.
“Keithan..” She would start, eyes shimmering in the sunlight which made the Abnaught’s heart skip a beat at just how beautiful Chrys had become since her evolution and time’s passing. The Lilleena putting a hand to her own chest as she was ready to continue what she was saying which Keithan was then quick to interject “No need to apologize, Chrys, I under-”
“You should really only refer to me as Lady Chrysanthemum like the other guards or else you’ll get chewed out and punished.”
WHAM...right into the ground the Abnaught went, utterly floored by just how cruel that was, even if not intentional from Chrys... Good for him he was blessed with an uncanny ability to recover from even embarrassing situations as much as physical altercations so within seconds he was upright again, nervously chuckling while rubbing the back of his head. “Right, right, I figured since it was just us here we could be casual, you know, like usual.”
In response to this Chrys only sighed and shrugged her arms. “I suppose so, forgive me.” She would then ball a fist, placing it firmly on her waist while holding her head in two fingers with the other hand. “I just am a little frustrated right now. I don’t suppose YOU’VE heard of a place called...Khabadalah’s Crescent have you?”
“Lahabrea’s Cradle? What?...”
“I thought not...UGH, I found out from Quincy-”
“That it’s his birthday? I thought you already kn-”
“NO! I know it’s his birthday I was gonna say that I learned from him where my mother---and...mother might be!”
“You have two moms?”
“Yeah, right? I was told they went to this place called Khabadalah’s crescent which is like--blessed with fertility powers or something and-” “Chrys I really don’t need to know how you were made...”
“RIGHT!? I SAID THE SAME THING!”
The two would share a brief chuckle before Keithan would speak. “So I’m gonna guess you think your parents may have went there?”
“YES! I just KNOW they have to be, where else if not with us?! I was told they loved us very much!”
“Well then why don’t we just go there?”
“We?”
“Yes, WE. You dubbed me your personal knight didn’t you?”
“Ohhhh yeah...I almost forgot about that whole plot that happened years ago in our time existing.”
“Yeah, weird that it just sorta--disappeared, that story was pretty sick. Didn’t you used to also have a crobat and serperior fr-”
“WAIT, FOCUS KEITHAN. Don’t bring up things that can’t be explained for being changed in the present! How are we going to get to this “Crescent”?”
“... … Hmmm...well you know what I do when I don’t know something?”
“Do nothing about it?”
“RIGHT! But if that doesn’t work, I ask everyone I know! Like that lady over there!”
In the distance Keithan pointed at a rather tall looking lady, standing roughly as tall as Chrys draped in a unique Togekiss patterned style clothing with the wings to boot, one would say she maybe even looked like some kind of cosplayer, regardless of appearance though, Keithan grabbed Chrys’ wrist and pulled her along with him as he headed in her direction, but before he could call to her, thre lady turned and gave a beaming smile.
“Let me guess, your highnes...you wish to know how to get to Khabadalah’s crescent right? Oop! Where are my manners. My name is Estellise, how can I be of service~?”
