Right now take a deep breath through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds let go for 4 seconds hold for four seconds. Repeat at least 6 times gradually increasing the seconds to 7 or 8. This will reduce blood pressure as much as any cardiac medication available. I have my patients do this after the first reading and notice up to 20mmHg drop in pressure after we do this exercise. Works every time. It’s free it’s easy and it could absolutely save your life. One recent peer reviewed study out of Japan proves this.
