rad/kev/lila/jaune poly

I love how this poly only happened bc of our DM conversations and yet it has so much potential and I love it to bits

Like M A N. It's taking two extroverts, an in-between and an introvert and shoving them all together. The dynamics are so good

Jaune/Radford is the two extroverts running wild, Kevin/Radford and Lila/Jaune are both contrasting personalities and best friends to lovers, Lila/Kevin is the more chill duo, Jaune/Kevin is the extrovert bringing the introvert out of his shell (with plenty of teasing on both sides), and Lila/Radford... honestly not sure how to describe these two, but they are an absolute concept.

Also... I totally imagine this as one of those relationships where they just are friends that happen to be dating my favorite type of romance hehe. Casual cuddling and hand-holding abound (usually not in public bc Kevin gets too flustered)

This also definitely feels like the kind of relationship where everyone just helps to build each other up and just. Be nice and soft. Like we don't know a lot about Radford or Jaune but Lila and especially Kevin seem like they need some extra support in their lives (and honestly imagining the others getting tangled in the two's happenings is just amazing)

And ohhhh my goodness they all got different ways to be affectionate and to tease each other, like please. Their love languages are all different, and I know I already went on about that a little in our DMs as well but it's just so good. Like I just-

Jaune is very physically affectionate and There, always grabbing onto the others and she loves hugs. It's a bit much at times and she has a little trouble reading the others, but she's got the spirit and they appreciate it

Lila is physically affectionate as well, but she's much softer, like draping herself over their shoulders or simply just taking a hand. She's verbally affectionate too, great at comforting and definitely the one to give compliments and sweet nothings just because

Radford is a lot more light, cracking jokes and teasing to make the others smile. He's not great at comforting, but he tries. Usually involves him just sticking around and suggesting they put on a movie, maybe cuddling during it if they're up for it

Kevin... I dunno why but he just reads as like, having no clue what to do in a relationship; he's not good at comforting and usually isn't the one to instigate anything physical, so he needs a little push a lot of the time. He is, however, very observant - he can tell the little shifts in mood the best out of all of them, and he's taken note of each of their likes and dislikes to the point he's also the best gift-giver

Sorry this took like an hour, I had a lot and kept rephrasing it. Just. They are soft and I love them

Oh also!! The poly has funny potential bc Ross' mom and Robert's brother are dating the mom of one of the kids they (mostly Roy) bully, and there's nothing they can do about it

And honestly thinking about the poly in terms of family mashup is great too. Skid and Ross get another mom and two dads while Robert gets a bunch of siblings
