「パン屋さん」の倒産が過去最多 　2023年度（4-3月）の「パン屋さん」倒産は、37件（前年度比85.0％増、前年度20件）だった。コロナ禍で、焼き立てパンを自分でトレーに乗せるセルフ方式は一部敬遠された。だが、個包装や入店人数制限などの工夫で中食需要を取り込み、各種コロナ関連支援にも支えられたパン屋さんの倒産は抑制された。 　しかし、コロナ特需や支援策の縮小・終了、2022年2月以降のウクライナ情勢や長引く円安により、パン製造に欠かせない小麦の価格が上昇。さらに、原油価格の高騰などで光熱費の負担も重く、コストアップがパン屋さんの利益を圧迫する環境が続いている。 　倒産推移でも、人手不足や消費増税の影響も受けた2019年度は29件に増加したが、コロナ禍の2020年度（17件）、2021年度（13件）は2年連続で減少し、いずれも10件台にとどまった。しかし、物価高の影響が深刻化した2022年度以降は、パン屋さんの倒産は再び増加に転じ、2023年度は過去最多を記録した。「物価高（材料高）」倒産も2021年度ゼロ→2022年度5件→2023年度10件と増加が続く。 　BtoCで人々の習慣に溶け込み、なくてはならないほど日常生活に密接なパン屋さんだが、コスト上昇分の価格転嫁は容易ではない。集客と採算の間で板挟みになるパン屋さんの倒産は、今後も高止まりすることが懸念される。

Stella has not blood siblings, since Radius and Luna only had her. After their divorce, Luna/Giulia (as per maiden name) does find a long term partner called Lucunius who has a tween son, Pieto, from a previous relationship. Luna introduces them to each other during the S5 timeline, and while Stella is a bit cold towards them, both bc of the massive stress she is under, but also because of her negative experiences with Cassandra, she does warm up to them and treats Pieto like a brother as they grow older.

Pieto will remain her only step or half-sibling, because Radius is not ready to start a family with someone else for a myriad of reasons, like not wanting to challenge Stella's claim to the throne, being scarred from his too fast too soon marriage, being double scarred from the ensuing rebound to Cassandra. And he just doesn't want to expose any other baby to the stressors his failing relationships appear to generate. (He may get into a relationship with someone who can BTOC aka Bring Their Own Child)

Radius did take over formal custody for Chimera tho! After it became clear that she actually never dealt with Valtor herself, just accepted whatever her mother told and gave her and generally had plausible deniability about everything her mother and him did to Solaria, she was found innocent. Cassandra was however sentenced to jail and thus Chimera was meant to be sent back to her father, which she rather violently protested, suddenly panic-stricken. Radius saw the signs of a terrible household and showing forgiveness and empathy (for the public, but also bc that is what he himself needed in that moment), became her legal guardian until she turned 18.

🥝Who are your literary influences, and have they shaped your own writing?

I'm sure this is obvious in my prose, but I love a lot of classics writing -- Austen, Bronte, Hugo, Dickens, etc. Anyone who writes very flowery descriptive language and crazy run on sentences I feel has impacted my writing lol! I once did a really interesting thing that was an analysis of my writing and what author I was most similar to, and the report came back with Stephen King! So I definitely need to give credit to him as well, especially since horror/thriller were the first few genres I ever started to write for lol!

🥨How do you overcome writer's block?

I find personally that I never have writer's block, I have a time block! I have so many ideas for things I want to work on, but the past year and a half has been so busy that pretty much everything was put on pause. But no longer! I find that putting on a thematic playlist sets the mood and gets me in the right headspace to write, even when I feel like I don't have anything good to draft up.

🥑What are you currently working on?

For the time being, I'm going to focus on one fic at a time. I know I was juggling wips there for a while, and I think at this point, I need to just see one story through at a time. I want to finish a couple WIPs before really hashing out some chapters for my new big fic. The wips being: Biting Dust Beyond Reasonable Doubt The Shape of You And then the next big fic that I'm embarking on is going to be like probably 100-200k, and will likely take me another entire year to write lol: Before the Otherness Came.

よく考えたら来週から新年度なんだよね。ほんとさ、緊張感のない人生を送っていると節目が節目にならないというか、メリハリの無い人生になっちゃうっていう悲しい事実を突きつけられるのよ。

これが結婚して子供がいるとか、そういう状況なら子供の学校がどうのこうのみたいな感じで季節を感じたりするんだろうけど、そんな面倒くさい人生まっぴらごめんだね！ ていうこと。自分の面倒も満足に見られないような人間なので。

のんべんだらりと生きてごめんなさい。孤独耐性が強いというか独りでいないと病んでいくタイプの人間って一定数いるんだと思う。社会性というバリアーを張ると、精神力が普通の人より3倍くらい消耗しちゃうやつ。

朝、なんとなくSBI証券のNISAランキングを見ていたら、週間で小林製薬の株が4位に入っていて「マジかよ」ってなりました。完全に貴族の遊びなのよ。

単純に、短期売買では儲けられるでしょうけど、NISAの成長投資枠240万円で買える株数と買いでしか入れない状況は、ハイリスクローリターンです。

ここから株価が騰がり続けるかというと、そもそも小林製薬は会社の状況が絶好調というわけでもないので、業績悪化による利益剥落は避けられません。そうなると今後、株価が騰がる要素は「投機」しかありません。賭けですね。

今回の事件で企業間取引が縮小するとなると、BtoC、消費者への直接小売りが重要になってきますが、小林製薬の商品は既にプライベートブランドなどとの価格競争にさらされていて、たかがしれているインバウンド需要を当て込むくらいしか道がありません。加えて今回のイメージダウンですから、長期的に業績に影響を与え続ける可能性が高い。台湾や中国などでも被害が出ているのでは、という報道を見ると、かなり今後は厳しいと考えざるを得ません。

つまり、小林製薬株は短期的に利益は取れるが、長期的に持ち続ける理由は無い、というところ。空売り残高を見ると既にヘッジファンドの空売りが入っているようですし、週末の事件の拡大を見て、断続的に売りが入り続ける可能性があります。

価格を一時的に吊り上げて期待を持たせてずるずると価格を下げていくというのは、よくある手口です。買いたいなら、底打ちを待ってからでも遅くはないと思います。ただ、買ったとしても戻り待ちの売り圧力が強いことはわかりきっているので、上値は重いでしょう。

あとは国内の政治状況から、この問題を一通り拡大してから解決を図ろうという政権側の意図もうかがえます。大阪市に稼働していない工場に立ち入らせたのは国（厚生労働省）の意思ということですから、単なるパフォーマンスですよね。そうなると、ある程度の行政命令や措置が入る可能性があります。

不祥事が起きた企業の株価は一概に下がるとも言い切れません。ただ、直接的に人命が失われた可能性があることや、広告を大量投下して「イメージ」で売っている企業だけに、これから騰がっていきますよと言うのは簡単な話ではありません。小林製薬側の対応が遅かったことや、インサイダー取引を疑われたのも致命的ですね。社長が泣いちゃダメよ。

結果的に株価が騰がるか下がるか、いつも言っている通りそれは“人気投票”なのでわかりませんが、少なくとも株価が上昇する可能性と下降する可能性を天秤にかけることはできます。

できるだけ不確実性を排除して、判断する。であれば、今回の件は短期的には買い、長期的に見ると売りなのではないかなと思います。今後しばらくは取引規制、あるいは行政処分が入った時点でゲームオーバーになるという、チキンレースが続くことになると思います。
