Mathew Murray lives in Bentinck Place, Birkenhead. This is what he did to Bella in Ashfield Crescent, Bromborough,
She already had ongoing hip and spinal conditions
All he got on Tuesday (April 23rd) was an 18-month community order, 240 hours of unpaid work, 30 RAR (rehabilitation activity) days, pay a victim surcharge of £114, and a 10 year ban from keeping animals.
Whoever sentenced him needs to give their head a wobble !!

Where was the battle of Brunanburh fought in 937? #KingofKings #KingsofWar #NewRelease #HistFic
First things first, no one actually knows where the battle of Brunanburh took place. No one. There are a number of different sites that historians have suggested from the one I’ve chosen in Kings of War, indeed, upwards of forty of them, although Bromborough in Cheshire, Brinsworth in South Yorkshire and Burnswark in Dumfries and Galloway are the most well-known. It’s worth noting that these…

CAN YOU COUNTER THE CONSTRUCTION GLOOM?
A report published by industry lobby group, CITB-Construction Skills, in January made grim reading.  It summed up the scale of the continuing downturn in the construction sector over the past 12 months and predicted a ‘decade of pain’ going forward with no significant change in the industry’s fortunes until at least 2022.
According to the report, 60,000 construction related jobs were lost last year with output down by 9% thanks to a combination of cuts in public sector spending and low levels of private sector investment.  As a result, public sector construction fell by 20%, with infrastructure projects down by 15%, commercial schemes down by 10% and private housing jobs falling by 5%.
While the bad news was tempered by predictions of some recovery in the East of England and Greater London, for the rest of the country, there was no such silver lining, which begs the question: what can construction businesses do to counter the downturn?
Clearly, market conditions are extremely challenging but the fact remains that there are still projects out there; winning them may have become more competitive but a clear focus on the contracts that are available rather than the challenges that lie ahead is definitely the key to success.
So what does that mean in practical terms? Here are our top marketing tips for getting ahead in a challenging market:
Remain visible – success breeds success so make sure your target market knows you’re active, even if times are leaner than you’d like
Communicate your proposition clearly – whether you’re all about quality or competing on price if customers understand your proposition it helps them cut down on the legwork
Know what your market needs and find your niche – you may have a specialism you’re not pushing or experience that you could leverage better: identify it, define it and market it
Expect to succeed – a negative approach stands on the way of a positive outcome, your business needs to talk the talk convincingly if you are to compete effectively
Assess successes and failures – if something hasn’t worked why not? If it has, how can you utilise that success to succeed again?

Professional Residential Surveyors in Moreton How Barker Surveying Ltd Can Help You Make Informed Decisions
youtube
As the demand for residential property continues to grow, the need for professional residential surveyors in Moreton has also increased. Barker Surveying Ltd is a company that offers top-notch surveying services to help individuals make informed decisions when buying or selling their homes. In this article, we will delve into the importance of hiring a professional residential surveyor and how Barker Surveying Ltd can help you with your surveying needs.
Why Hire a Professional Residential Surveyor? A residential surveyor is a professional who specializes in surveying residential properties. They are trained to identify any defects or issues that may affect the value of a property. A surveyor’s job is to provide a detailed report on the condition of a property, which includes identifying any defects, damages, or potential hazards.
One of the main reasons to hire a professional residential surveyor is to identify any potential issues that could affect the value of the property. This includes identifying any defects in the structure, such as subsidence, dampness, or rot. A surveyor will also identify any potential hazards on the property, such as asbestos or lead paint, which could pose a health risk to those living on the property.
Another reason to hire a professional residential surveyor is to ensure that the property is structurally sound. A surveyor will carry out a structural survey to identify any issues with the foundation, roof, or walls. This is especially important for older properties, as they may have been built using different construction methods that are no longer used today.
Finally, a professional residential surveyor can help you negotiate a fair price for the property. If the survey reveals any issues or defects, you can use this information to negotiate a lower price for the property. This could potentially save you thousands of pounds in the long run.
How Barker Surveying Ltd Can Help You Barker Surveying Ltd is a team of experienced and professional surveyors who specialize in providing residential surveying services in Moreton. The company has been in the surveying business for over 20 years and has built a reputation for providing high-quality services to its clients.
One of the main services offered by Barker Surveying Ltd is the Homebuyer Report. This report provides a detailed analysis of the property’s condition and identifies any issues that may affect its value. The report includes an inspection of the property’s interior and exterior, a valuation of the property, and a market analysis of the area. This report is suitable for properties that are less than 100 years old and in reasonable condition.
For older properties or those that require more detailed analysis, Barker Surveying Ltd offers a Building Survey. This survey provides a comprehensive analysis of the property’s condition, including a detailed inspection of the structure, roof, and walls. This survey is suitable for properties that are over 100 years old or in poor condition.
Barker Surveying Ltd also offers a range of other surveying services, including a snagging survey, which is carried out on newly built properties to identify any defects or issues, and a boundary survey, which identifies the boundaries of a property and any potential disputes with neighboring properties.
Conclusion If you are buying or selling a residential property in Moreton, hiring a professional residential surveyor is essential. A surveyor will provide a detailed analysis of the property’s condition, identify any issues or defects, and help you negotiate a fair price for the property. Barker Surveying Ltd is a reputable and experienced surveying company that can help you with all your surveying needs. With their range of services and expertise, you can rest assured that your property is in safe hands. Contact Barker Surveying Ltd today to find out how they can help you with your surveying needs.
