Love me and only me pt.4 (final)

(I’m so proud of this edit. So clean~)

Ahem. Sorry about leaving for quite awhile. I was busy with summer school in Japan. I just finished yesterday so I hope I’ll have more time to write.

As this is the final part of this story I’m more willing to write for requests/chat about this AU. Send in any questions or thoughts. (I still need to make my master list tho)

“Why do you need to start a war? Are you mad?!” Y/n cookie exclaimed, still confused on what’s going on. T. Vanilla just stared and laughed menacingly.

“Why? Why?” He gripped his staff, “She betrayed me! Abandoned me to devils and evil beings that cursed my soul!” He approached Y/n cookie, face darkened. “I just want her to acknowledge my new form, my new existence. That’s just all I wanted…Why can’t she give it to me now?“

Y/n cookie felt immense sympathy for him, but still felt something was off. “Why do you need to do show her with war? Surely there’s another way.” He looked up at them before shaking his head.

“There isn’t. I’ve tried numerous times; writing a message, going in person, bringing an exorcist along with me, and trying to show that I’m still the same. But it never works.”

He then left the room, leaving you with a space full of things to do; with a dark atmosphere swirling around.

“Tainted Vanilla, we have the army ready. You can now assess them.” Jinxberry stated, opening the large doors to outside. Brussels sat in the wine red grass, waiting for his owner.

“Perfect, I’ll do it immediately. Oh my! Brussels, you’re quite excited today~” The waffle dog barked before leading him to the troops. Stopping he pawed to the nearby Crepe bots. (Waffle bots but creped lmao)

“I’ve made sure they are in a great condition. They’re ready to battle.” Sunless Cacao stated, giving the documents of each bot’s state. He petted Brussels before going back to working on the machinery.

“Mh…Good condition, don’t know about their damage ability quite well though. No matter, they’re sturdy and ginormous enough to overpower at least two to three cookies.” Tainted V. and his pet traveled to the next section where Rusted cheese was instructing cookies.

“A magic user often doesn’t have a good defense but their damage is their main point. We need to defeat them as soon as possible, along with the long-range ones.” Rusted Cheese made demonstrations, her wings(?) flapping.

“And magic users on our side need to be careful and stay next to defense-based cookies.” Pumpkin pie added, holding Pompon tightly.

“Hello Mr. Vanilla! I’ve made lots of bombs for our battle!” Cherry cookie greeted, holding her dark red bombs. Vanilla smiled and patted her head. “Remember, you are a child. You must be extra careful and safe.” Cherry giggled, jumping up and down, “I know, but I want to be with everybody else!”

Brussels tugged on his robe, urging him to continue. “Alright, alright. I will continue.” Tainted V. walking to the last and final section.

“Black Lily, my friend, how are you?“ He asks, opening his eyes. Black Lily smiled before looking towards the cookie cutter. “Fine. I hope that whoever comes through this cutter will be willing to help us.” She activated her magic and the outline of the cookie cutter started to illuminate.

Soon a cookie started to form, a cold breeze sweeping through. Finally a tall cookie appeared, its entire body icy and blue. “Where am I?“ She demands, eyes cold.

“You’re in the Banished land, where we outcasts are forced to live.” Black Lily sadly answered, frowning. “Well, what is your name?” The cookie glared, “Frost Queen cookie.”

“Let me guess, you summoned me, needing new allies for a war.” Black Lily’s eyes widened, “Why yes. Would you be willing to join us? The resistance against the ‘Holy’?”

“I am only doing this because I pity your state, not out of love or empathy.” She then walked off, ice slowly forming behind her.

“Interesting one indeed.”

“Yes.”

“Now that all the preparations are done, it’s time. Time for war.”

In a spring morning a loud noise echoed throughout the Light Kingdom, startling all the citizens. Light Enchantress flew down with her staff, curious to find out what the noise is.

“Help! Help! There’s a giant robot heading this way!” A child cookie yelled, running for the sake of his life. The citizens stared at each other in worry, getting ready with weapons.

Suddenly, rust colored arrows flew into the kingdom walls, cracking the material. “Quickly! We are under attack! Evacuate the children!” Espresso yelled, preparing his magic.

“No need, especially when I’m already here.” The coffee colored cookie froze, looking behind him to see his friend Madeleine covered in strawberry jam. “Madeleine?! I thought you disappeared!”

“I just found myself in a better place.”

Just then Jinxberry and Sunless Cacao barged into the civilization, leading the cookies to battle. “We will not be silenced! Light Enchantress, face your enemies!” Jinxberry started to push cookies with her shield left and right while Sunless Cacao broke buildings and the defense with his sword.

Light Enchantress flew to the center of the army, where Tainted Vanilla and Black Lily stood. “My, my, isn’t it my dearest sister?” Black Lily spat, ready to attack. “Sister? Why, why would you do this?!” L. Enchantress asked frantically, not even looking at T. Vanilla.

“Because we outcasts will no longer be ‘outcasts’. We are the same as any cookie, no matter how corrupted or cursed we are.”

“You still continue to ignore me? Maybe this war is a good thing, after all the pain you’ve caused to cookies.” Tainted Vanilla then shot Light Enchantress with his magic.

The war continued for 12 days, with both sides losing. In the middle of the battleground, Y/n cookie ran, trying to find any traces of her friends.

“Y/n cookie? Is that you?” Strawberry cookie whispered, hiding under some rubble. “STRAWBERRY COOKIE OH MY GOD!” They rushed to the cookie, who looked exhausted.

“Your injuries, who did this?” Strawberry then proceeded to explain how both sides have gone through so much warfare that almost every cookie is injured in some form.

“I knew he was mad. Why didn’t I stop him before? I’m so stupid!” Y/n cookie asked themselves. Just then a voice called out. “Y/n cookie! Where are you? I know you’re around here!”

“Quick, hide!” Strawberry took Y/n cookie’s arm and pulled them beside her. Y/n cookie anxiously gripped her arm, scared for their lives. “I’m sorry, it was all my fault.” Y/n cookie cried, their heart breaking from how hurt her friend looked.

“Don’t say that, it wasn’t your fault. It’s his.” Just then the vanilla staff looked towards the duo. “Ah there you are. I’ve been worried sick something happened to you. Tainted Vanilla chirped, pulling the cookie next to him.

“No! Let go of me! You murderer!” Y/n cookie screamed trying to break away from his grasp.

“What…?” He stammered, eyes wide with disbelief.

“That’s right, a murderer! Look what you did to my friends!” They shouted again.

“I’m no murderer. I was just, just trying to get Light Enchantress to acknowledge me.” He spoke with disbelief. “Doesn’t matter, you’re still a killer!”

Tainted Vanilla chuckled before slowly breaking out into a maniacal laughter. “Are you trying to run from me? Why? Why do you want to run? Why…Why do they always want to abandon me?”

Y/n cookie finally broke free and ran, trying to lead him away from Strawberry. “Don’t be scared~ it’s still me!” He ran after them, eyes crazed with madness. Y/n cookie didn’t look back and kept running, eyes tearing up from the wind. They ran and ran, avoiding all the debris. They were so close, so close to the gate!

If only they hadn’t tripped on a small piece of debris.

“I have you!” He declared, staring into their eyes. They started to cry, terrified of what’s gonna happen next. “Why are you crying? I know I might be a little mad, but I didn’t hurt you.” He questions, gripping harshly onto them. “Please don’t hurt my friends, they’re all I have!” They shriek, hands quivering.

“It seems as though everything is weighing down on you. I’m sorry I have to do this, but for your sake I must.” He closed his eyes, and his vanilla staff glowed red; more black goo started to spill.

“You see your friends, laughing, well, and ready to go on another adventure with you. You are happy.” You stopped crying, and quietly sat on the ground. A smile gleamed as you repeat the words; “I see my friends, laughing, well, and ready to go on another adventure with me. I am happy.”
