Billy goat sketch | Limited edition fine art print from an original drawing.
My sketches start life as hand-drawn graphite images made on cartridge paper. I often work on these with charcoal, oil pastel or Caran d'Ache to create the look I'm after. The artwork is then scanned and finessed digitally ready for fine art printing. This process often referred to as Giclée printing uses the highest standard of printing methods to give gallery quality results that maintain all the details of the original sketch.
The graphite pencils I use are Faber-Castel, the oil pastels are Sennelier and the china-graph is Caran d’Ache. The inks are pigment based archive quality (100years+). The heavyweight specialist papers I use are of the best professional quality having a wonderful surface designed specifically for fine art drawings and illustrations.
Very limited editions with only ten per size printed.
All artwork is signed and includes a certificate of authenticity.
The A5 are 5.8" x 8.25" (14.8cm x 21cm)
The A4 are 8.25" x 11.7" (21cm x 29.8cm)
The A3 are 11.7" x 16.5" (29.8 cm x 42cm)
The A2 are 16.5" x 23.4" (42 cm x 59.4cm)
Originals are A3 11.7" x 16.5" (29.8 cm x 42cm)
Frames not included in price.

On December 5th the Scottish author, journalist and broadcaster, William McIlvanney died in Glasgow.
Everyone should have a favourite Mcilvanney book, mines is The Papers of Tony Veitch, the second in his Laidlaw trilogy. The son of a miner, MciLvanney graduated from Glasgow University and worked as an English teacher between 1960 and 1975.
William was known as Gus by his friends and has been tagged as “the father of ‘Tartan Noir’ ” His first book, Remedy is None, was published in 1966 and won the Geoffrey Faber Memorial Prize. Docherty, a moving portrait of a miner whose courage and endurance is tested during the depression, won the Whitbread Novel Award.
Another great read is the Big Man , it is the story of Dan Scoular, an unemployed man who turns to bare-knuckle fights to make a living. Both novels feature typical McIlvanney characters - tough, often violent, men locked in a struggle with their own nature and background.
The Kiln, is the story of Tam Docherty, the grandson of the hero of Docherty. It won the Saltire Society Scottish Book of the Year Award. He also won Glasgow Herald People’s Prize twice in the 90’s for the books Walking Wounded and Strange Loyalties.
The Big Man was made into a film starring Liam Neeson and Billy Connolly.
William McIlvanney died on this day 2015 at the age of 79, after a short illness. On hearing of his death, a number of public figures, including Nicola Sturgeon, Ian Rankin and Irvine Welsh, paid tribute noting both his inspirational writing and his likeable and gentlemanly personality.
One obituary noted:
“Many authors are admired. Many are respected. Few are loved as he was, for what they are as well as for what they have written."
William’s son Liam has successfully followed in his father’s footsteps into literature and won a prize named in his dads honour, the 2018 McIlvanney Prize for Scottish Crime Book of the Year for his book The Quaker.
William McIlvanney was working on a manuscript when he passed away and the book was released this year after Ian Rankin was asked to finish the book, Rankin has said it was an “incredible honour” to be asked to finish, he commented “There were two or three books in there which he was contemplating but one of them he had actually made a good start on, which was The Dark Remains.”

Beschreibung:
Der Blues ist die Urquelle des Jazz und der gesamten Popularmusik. Wir präsentieren mit unserem Programm ein Jazz-Kaleidoskop der unzähligen Schattierungen des Blues. "While the European tradition strives for regularity - of pitch, of time, of timbre and of vibrato - the African tradition strives precisley for the negation of these elements." (Ernest Borneman)

The regular cast of “characters” have invited a few friends to enjoy the extra-long conversation: Daphne Monary-Ernsdorff, co-host of The Classic Era; and, Crystal Cleveland, the Livin6Dead6irl, co-host of the 80s. In other words, the whole damn family of Decades of Horror co-hosts are on hand for this one. Settle in for this in-depth look at director William Friedkin’s ultimate fright-fest and join the Grue Crew to celebrate 200 episodes of Decades of Horror 1970s.

All's Fair in Pucks & War by Elise Faber is available now!
Available on All Platforms
I’d wanted her from the first moment I’d seen her.
But Billie Rose hadn’t liked me.
Not that I could blame her—I’d just been another of the annoying hockey players seemingly out to ruin her town.
Thankfully, I’d finally gotten her to see me. To want me.
But Billie was the most together person I’d ever met, and she regularly took on fixer-uppers of both the human and inanimate variety.
I didn’t want her to see me as a project. I wanted her to see me as me.
As the man she wanted.
As the man she loved.
*This is book 2 in Joel and Billie Rose's story
About the Author:
USA Today bestselling author, Elise Faber, loves chocolate, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and hockey (the order depending on the day and how well her team—the Sharks!—are playing). She and her husband also play as much hockey as they can squeeze into their schedules, so much so that their typical date night is spent on the ice. Elise changes her hair color more often than some people change their socks, loves sparkly things, and is the mom to two exuberant boys.

Zurich Openair 2022 – A Magnanimous Swiss Music Festival
Five days of exciting electronic and rock music, as well as a fascinating festival site with a wide choice of food and entertainment outlets, will make Zurich OpenAir 2022 a memorable experience for music fans.
Being so close to the airport makes it a great destination for out-of-town tourists, and the proximity to the city centre makes it possible to combine a visit to the festival with a shopping trip to the heart of Zurich.
Official Dates of the Event – 23rd to 27th August 2022
Planning to grab a visa for Switzerland so that you can take part in this wonderful festival? Before you do that, read this brief guide about Zurich Open Air to make your travel plans even more exciting!
What makes Zurich OpenAir 2022 Popular?
Zürich Open Air 2022 is an exciting multi-genre festival in Switzerland that has quickly become one of Switzerland's most renowned music festivals for featuring a wide variety of internationally acclaimed artists from rock, indie, pop, electronic, and hip hop.
Recent editions of the festival in Switzerland's most populous city have featured performances by world-famous artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Billie Eilish, and Swedish House Mafia, to name just a few of the contemporary icons and upstarts who have graced its stages.
With Martin Garrix, Kygo and Kings of Leon joining Arctic Monkeys as headliners for the festival's tenth edition in 2022, the announcement of the festival's first headliners has been made.
The three stages at Zürich Open-air 2022 are carefully organised to avoid significant artist overlap, providing the festival's 50,000 attendees with a chance to hear both established and up-and-coming performers.
There is an impressive array of musical acts to enjoy, as well as performance art, circus acts, and food from all over the world. The calibre of the performers, though, makes it unlikely that you'll be able to tear yourself away from the front of the stage for very long.

How to Reach Zurich open Air 2022?
Getting to ZURICH Open-air is easy and convenient thanks to the well-developed public transportation system, which the organizers have taken great care to accommodate.
The event grounds are conveniently located a short distance between Glattbrugg and Option train stations, as well as the Bailer tram stop.
All ZVV rail, bus, and tram tickets provide one-way travel within Zurich, with the exception of camping passes.
The event grounds are conveniently located just south of Switzerland's major airport, Zürich Kloten. From the airport, use tram lines 10 or 12; it will take you around 5 minutes to get to Bailer station, where the festival will be held.
The event planners advise drivers to leave their cars at the airport and take the tram instead.
