AITA for protecting my city?

I'm (750M) a god of a pretty big and important city. I take a lot of pride in maintaining order and keeping crime to a minimum. Unfortunately, a nearby city (300M) has a bit of a reputation for harbouring criminals and ne'er-do-wells of all sorts. I've gone low-contact with him (we are coworkers so I can't cut contact altogether, it's complicated). But recently, his... Child? Byproduct? Thingy came to my city, so naturally I had the thing imprisoned. I just felt like the risk to my people was too great, and this was really a big violation on Rival City's (RC) part for crossing my boundaries anyway. But now people are saying I "unjustly imprisoned him" and "he hasn't done anything wrong". He's a representative of RC and carries all the abilities and memories of their god! I think he's a clear danger to my people and he needed to be locked away. AITA for protecting my city?

Edit: please stop speculating whether RC is Vash. I need to protect my privacy.

A bit of a meta question, but do you happen to know where the name floof squad comes from and how long it has been around? Is it just because they all (kinda) have fluffy hair?

Okay so, the term was original coined by Discord user Canine, the original owner of the Fanserver way back during the first few pages of Chapter 6. It was noted that all of the main characters had really fluffy hair in Red’s style, and thus the name was born.

It’s continued to be used since basically everyone that’s joined the gang after that has had great hair too.
