Yknow there is something therapeutic about shipping a character who is praised to be good but then isn’t (or has weakness that may show off as a bad part of said person) and then even with that flaw of maybe not being the best person is loved. Or not both parts are very fun to watch and help my self esteem in different ways.

#idk I think it’s just a part of me that. #has like? a skewed understanding of myself #a lot of people say I’m a good person but don’t feel like I am. #because I am in my own head and try and work on my flaws. aka rage and then also just. assholery. #but when I see a character that gets praised for being the best. for being a good person and then has a huge red flag flaw. Like. idk. Rage. #Arrogance…hell even just straight up assholery that comes from thinking you are helping others #but you are actually making it work… and then those character flaws effects that character’s relationships. #and it makes for either healing and growing from those flaws. or just straight up toxicity and malice. #it’s just. idk good for my brain. #the thing vents #anyways Sherlock x Molly brought this up and made me remember that I loved them actually #girl deserved better writing. and sherlock fucking sucked but was always praised for being a asshole but good. and it just speaks to me #also molly is a freak a lil bit and I love that for her #season five fucking sucked but also was very very good/bad.
