Build Your Brand Worth An Exit (If Needed)
So the people who are seeking to start a business to sell it, generally don't succeed. The people who never think about selling a business will have a rude awakening, when it comes time to sell their business and what they can get for it. With that said, you want to be somewhere in the middle. You want to have an idea of how you're going to exit when you sell the company. But you build the company seeking excellence, seeking to master the values you know. If it's an amazon company the values that we teach but if not, your own values and to master providing excellence to other people, telling a better story, creating a better product, being the best damn tassel manufacturer out there.

The "Silent" Art Of Building Great Wealth
This is a series on how to hack and grow rich, make money online and how to overcome life and business/career issues.
▶ Video Transcript: I was 15 years old thinking I want to find wealth, fortune all the great things that America offers. Books were my friends. I read books by Napoleon Hill, books by Og Mandino, all the great old-time writers of that time. I read Tony Robbins and Wayne Dyer and all the personal development guys. This other guy named Stuart Wilde. I read his books and I thought, man, you know what? I'm I'm gonna leave home and I left home. I left and I was sleeping at that time in abandoned buildings or buildings that were under construction. Los Angeles was in a huge building boom at that time.
So I realized that I could get into these buildings late at night when the brokers weren't in there, wake up in the morning before they got there and I'd be out and I'd be living in luxury houses, maybe there wasn't electricity or water in those days in some of the places because they weren't built yet but it was a safe place to lay my head and subsequent to that I realized that there was a big electronic music scene. I had found a mentor, a guy who had agreed to take me under his wing and he was very familiar with the electronic music scene, the rave scene, the dance scene. So I got involved in that. I started throwing some clubs to make a little bit of extra money. I was still sleeping wherever I could lay my head and I remember that I would sleep behind the speakers, most people don't know this. In front of speakers, very loud, very hard to sleep. Behind speakers, super quiet and very warm. So I would sleep behind the speakers. I would wake up the club, would still be going on and I started looking around thinking how is the money being made in these places to realize only that it was by the drug dealers.

▶ Video Transcript: You're now listening to Hack and Grow Rich with Shaahin Cheyene and his co-host Bart Baggett. I started reading early after I got my ass kicked daily on the playgrounds. I decided I'm going to take to books and I read Napoleon Hill. I read the early Tony Robbins books, Wayne Dyer. I was deep deep deep into personal development. I read Og Mandino. I read Richard Bach and and all these great writers, those old-timey writers that wrote about success. I don't know how much of those guys what they said was and how much of it was real and you know there's all this controversy around Napoleon Hill and those guys and that's fine. But it created your frame of mind for sure. That's right. It created a mindset for me that that was possible. So later in life as I approached more and more success, I started reaching out to writers. I started reaching out to personal development writers, business writers and making them my friends and started working with them on some of these concepts of success, which I, you know, to this day carry with me.
