Chillin Homie’s statement about the shirt he wears in the MV:

Hello, this is Chillinhomie I would like to apologize for wearing a t-shirt made by Gosha Rubchinskiy which has the Russian flag in my new music video. Unfortunately, I was only made known about this mistake after the video had been filmed. However, it is my utmost concern to let it be known that I do not support Russia and their war on Ukraine. I am praying for Ukraine and wish that peace will be restored in the near future.

EDIT (for the reblogged version): Someone on Twitter brought up that he could’ve re-filmed it since he had time. I think it’s a good point tbh. It has kinda been a while since he was in the states to film these. I’m not Ukrainian though obviously so I won’t get too far into speaking on that but if someone on here is Ukrainian and wants to give their full, more educated opinion on that then I’ll post.

Another person from Twiter brought up that ak2daface says the nword on this song. You won’t see it in the lyrics here cause the poster (I’m assuming Chillin Homie) censored it. But on the soundcloud lyrics still has it. And when paying attention you do hear that that’s what he said.

I do think Homie could have had that part edited/muted in the song. So I’m not mad but I definitely wonder why he didn’t get it edited if he had enough sense to edit it out of the lyrics. Big side eye. On the other hand, I’m glad he didn’t edit it because now we see how this ak2daface guy is.
