What I have enjoyed the most about the CAS experience, was that it taught me consistency and has shown me how my skills have improved. My activities varied, depending on the circumstances in the fast-changing world of 21st Century, but in the end I focused on improving my yoga skills. My service was the voluntary service connected to Amnesty International branch I our school are has taught me a lot about the World and has show me how many different human rights are being broken. My creativity concentrated mainly on sewing and sometimes cooking and I believe that I have made the biggest progress in these two disciplines, as I got the most invested in pursuing them. I have always been interested in pursuing my creative interests, varying from painting, through designing clothes and at last sewing, so this one was definitely the most enjoyable part of the CAS experience for me.

What I found challenging was to find a sport, which I would enjoy on a daily basis, as most of my sport-related interests, surfing and skiing, need very specific conditions, which mean I cannot purées them often. I have struggled with motivated myself to exercise during the quarantine. Yoga is also a sport, in which the results are not visible for a long time and it is very challenging in the beginning, because the muscles are not used to stretching so much, which also made me discouraged sometimes. However, I am proud of myself that I managed to persistently train and get better and better at both the physical and spiritual aspect of it, which has also helped me cope with the stress and anxiety connected to school.
