Prompt: “i got you for secret santa so i got you this really expensive but sentimental gift that you’ve always wanted, hoping you’ll never find out it’s from me “
Warnings: lil sad at first!
Author’s Note: Happy FIRST DAY OF SEBMAS! Get ready for imagines every day leading up to Christmas ^_^ We love you guys! - Liv
You can find the first part here. Please read that first!
That day, you could not focus on your lines. It didn’t help that you were with Bucky in the scene. It was heart-wrenching to know a gift you worked so hard on had it’s credit taken.
“Cut. That’s a wrap on that scene. Scarlett jogged up to the two of you, as she was in the next scene. Sebastian turned from you to her, hugging the hell out of her.
“Thanks for the amazing Christmas gift. It means so much to me.” You looked away to just ignore it. It was too much for you.
“What? I got Evans a gift. Y/N had you, doofus.” Scarlett nodded towards you. Sebastian let her go, turning to look back at you once more.
“Y/N, why didn’t you tell me?” He wrapped you in a warm hug. It took all you had not to burst into tears right there.
You took a deep breath before speaking. Your arms moved to pull him away a little. “It would have made things obvious. I was hoping you’d guess and it would make things easier.”
Sebastian’s head tilted a bit, confusion ever so evident. You heard Scarlett walk off and ask for a ten minute break for everyone.
“Make what so obvious? You’re worrying me, Y/N.” Sebastian held your arms. It felt weird with the metal arm on.
“I’ve had a crush on you for a while, and I wanted to finally tell you with this amazing gift. Like, Elizabeth has even been dropping hints to you because I was too nervous. I just, I worked myself up too much and let myself believe this would work. I am such an-”
Sebastian shut you up with a kiss. Usually, you hated that because men shouldn’t resolve anything with just kissing a woman. However, this time was an exception. You felt tears fall as you kissed him back. Emotions surged through you.
“Y/N, will you go to dinner with me tonight?” His voice was soft, face mere inches from yours. You gave a single nod.
“Of course. I’d love to,” you whispered back.
The two of you kissed again. You wouldn’t let go until you had to. Sebastian was so warm against the cold air blowing against you outside. This was the nice beginning to something merry and bright.

a very merry sebmas - day 5
pairing: bucky barnes x reader
a/n: i have a terrible part of baby fever so there’s a baby in day five with our favourite semi stable soldier. hope you enjoy xx
holiday divider by @firefly-graphics
Tumblr media Tumblr media
bucky loved christmas and everything that came along with it. if there was a holiday which got him in the mood for decorating every inch of the house it was christmas and having a baby made it even more magical.
the very first year with ariel was exciting enough with him bringing her along to get a tree and new decorations - which y/n told him was a waste of money but he wanted new things for the baby
however this year ariel was old enough not to be scared of santa so y/n and bucky had decided to take her to see santa for the first time
bucky was the one to wake his daughter up, smiling at how she always looked upset to be awoken, a mirror of her mother whenever he asked her to join him on his early saturday runs.
he walked into the kitchen, ariel’s little head leaning against the fabric of bucky’s christmas jumper as he kissed y/n’s head “morning, doll” “morning, bucky. are you excited?” “are you going to stop teasing me about it?” “baby you couldn’t sleep last night” “well, she’s only gonna meet santa for the first time once” “mmm okay. before we go we need to go by the tower to give the team some biscuits” “doll, they’re gonna stall” “well bucky, you’re the one who made sam and steve joint godfathers, i wanted my cousin to do it”
y/n always made biscuits for the whole team but they had been on a mission for a while so only now were they able to do it
once the two got inside the tower sam and steve were immediately there, grabbing ariel’s from bucky’s arms much from his discontent
“merry christmas, barnes family” “merry christmas, sam. how was the mission” “terrible. you should move with ariel to lift morale” “you want my wife and daughter to move in but not me?” “you put a damper on the mood.”
steve tried not to laugh at sam and bucky bickering
despite being a father and having insisted to have sam as one of the godfather, the two still bicker like an old couple
in due time the three waved their goodbyes to the team to go to the shopping centre bucky had deemed safe enough to meet santa
y/n had first suggested to ask sam or steve to dress up as santa but the two quickly realised it wouldn’t work once ariel recognised steve who had dressed up as the easter bunny for easter
the music was loud and toddlers were running around but all the two parents could do was watch as ariel looked at the man dressed as santa
“i think she’s hypnotised” bucky joked “well, you have been hyping this up for a while now”
it was finally their turn and a woman dressed as an elf came over to pick ariel to put her on santa’s lap but she started to cry, holding onto bucky’s jumper with a death grip
“i think you’re gonna have to go too, bucky ... just don’t sit on his lap.” “ahah so funny y/n”

Prompt: Attending a company Christmas party for To The Max, and bumping into Dayton.
Warnings: It’s a bit sad! Just a warning.
Author’s Note: I love this cute little bean so much. Logan Lucky was a Grade A movie, y’all. It really was one of my favorites.
You sat in your car, staring at the radio. It was playing a classic right now.
Chestnuts roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your nose.
You inhaled deeply before turning the car off. Why did you say yes? This whole career and company was a bad choice on your part. Why why why why why why why why why why-
It took a few minutes before you actually got out of the car. Your heels clacked against the cement. This was a terrible outfit choice. it was actually snowing and you were wearing a short, velvet dress. You wanted to punch Max for having a dress code for the track girls for this party.
You knocked on the doors of the mansion. Hopefully no one would hear you and you could leave.
After a few minutes of freezing, you began to turn to leave. To your displeasure, the door opened. You turned with a smile. There stood good ole Max.
“Took you long enough. You’re the last one to show up. Don’t be like that on race day.” Max’s hand pulled you into the house with force. You had half a mind to punch those straight teeth out of his mouth.
“Sorry. There was traffic all up and down your street because of all the people attending,” you quipped. Max scoffed as he closed the door.
“Get here earlier next time, twit.” With that, he stalked off to join the large party. It was full of racers, social media influencers, track girls, and everyone in between. You didn’t feel as though you fit with any of these people.
You began doing your job shortly after. As a To The Max track girl, you were supposed to chat up the party. There was a strict dress code, and you could only speak about the company.
Needless to say, you got over that real quick. You stepped away after an older gentleman tried to feel you up. It was nauseating, really. You headed straight outside to stand by the pool. It cleared your head despite the snow falling all around.
“You okay? I saw that guy tried to grab you. I almost cut in but you had already left.” Your head whipped around to see Dayton White. It was so easy to place that face and voice. Though you knew he didn’t recognize you at all.
Funny story. You and Dayton used to go to school together. He was the popular guy, and not exactly a jerk, but for sure a dick. Your experience with him was heartbreaking, for you at least.
You were the fugly girl that people seemed to hate. You were by no means an athlete, and had hopes that were far too high. Anyone who generally looked at you glanced the other way. Your body was not proportioned well, and you were too tall for said body. They really were the worst years of your life, and the huge crush you had on Dayton didn’t help at all.
“I’m okay. Just needed to step out. It was so hot in there.” You hugged yourself to preserve warmth. Dayton stood beside you, which sent a heat wave through your body.
“Your voice is familiar. Do I know you?” Dayton looked you over. All he could see was a gorgeous woman with curves and a dazzling smile. It didn’t reach your eyes though. It hadn’t in some time.
“Not that I know of. I mean, I know you, but so does that whole room right there.” Your thumb jutted towards the glass doors. Dayton squinted his eyes as he kept looking at you.
He shook his head after a few moments. You grew nervous, but kept that smile on your face. It was a life craft for you at this point. Dayton might just untan-
“You’re Y/N, my track girl.” An epiphany, he seemed to have. You let out a small fake laugh.
“That’s me! It’s so nice to formally meet you.” You shook his hand, letting the cold blow past your the underneath of your arm. Small snowflakes landed on your arms, the two of you covered in little flurries.
“I feel like we’ve met before though. Maybe we attended the same school?” Dayton asked, hand retreating back after the hand shake. You said nothing as you watched the party go on. If he couldn’t look you in the eyes, he couldn’t tell who you are.
“Were you apart of the cheer squad at Williams High?”
You shook your head. Looks like you couldn’t run away from this one…
“No, I was in the chess club,” you admitted. Dayton squinted his eyes at you. He was trying to place you.
A look of recognition was slapped across his face. Dayton looked you up and down one more time. It was you, really you.
“Oh, oh my god, Y/N. You asked me out to the Winter Ball….’ He trailed off. You willed yourself not to cry.
“And you laughed at me in front of the whole cafeteria.” Your voice was watery, and you held your hand in front of your mouth. You had never seen Dayton look so…so sad. He was heartbroken, the look splayed across his face.
“I am so sorry. I was such a jerk back then. How can I ever make it up to you?” He stepped forward a bit, but you didn’t move. Instead, you wiped your eyes and smile.
“That, that’s in the past. Being laughed at for who I was molded me into who I grew up to be. Though I don’t think that’s a good thing. Not this time,” you said as you started to walk back inside. Dayton put a hand on your arm.
“Y/N, please…let me make it up to you.” Dayton was serious. He didn’t like such a smug asshole now.
“I really don’t know how. Part of me wants to spit in your face and damn you for every tear I shed because of you. Though that fat, ugly teenager in me could jump up and down, and shove it in every girl from school’s that I’m your track girl. It’s a precarious situation to be in.”
There were a few beats of silence before Dayton took a deep breath. He took your hand in his. Your entire body warmed up, gripping his hand out of instinct. “Let me give you that dance. Right here, right now.”
You couldn’t respond, as Dayton swept you into a dancing position. Music from inside wafted through some of the speakers outside. Tears trickled down your face. The moment was truly bittersweet. Everything you had dreamed of in the palm of your hands.
“What happened to football? You were the star….” You trailed off. Dayton shook his head, chuckling a bit.
“It wasn’t for me. Driving was though. What about you? What happened after school?” He dipped you low before bringing you back up. You looked at his face before sighing.
“Had a health scare, changed my lifestyle, and put myself into a strict mentality. Job hopped before finding this. Though I may not stay much longer. I’ll see you through the Coca Cola 600, then I’m gone.”
You couldn’t stay much longer. Dayton could get a better girl, and you could be rid of Max forever. Taking this job was a mistake. Maybe this cold weather and outfit helped you realize it.
“Don’t leave. Not yet. Make a decision after the race. Give me the time to make up for what a great girl I lost.” His pleading look killed you. You took in a deep breath before nodding.
“Okay. Don’t screw it up though.” You finally spoke. Dayton smiled, stopping the dancing to hug you. Something felt right about this…
“Thank you.”

Prompt: Convincing TJ to go Christmas caroling with you, and all that the night entails.
Warnings: None!
Author’s Note: Surprise! Liv is tackling Day 4. Bella’s internet is wonky, so fingers crossed she’ll be back up and running tomorrow! She loves and misses you guys (despite it only having been 2 days)!
You knocked on the door festively, a grin spread across your face. Every part of you was buzzing with excitement. Caroling had always been a favorite past time of yours. You just had to convince people to do it with you....
“What a not at all surprise.” TJ stood in the doorway with a smirk. A wave of warmth hit you, making you realize how cold it was. He let you in moments after.
“So you got my text. Did you warm up?” You gave TJ an expectant look. His eyes moseyed everywhere but where yours were. He wasn’t the biggest fan of singing. Though you’d get him out there, even if it was as a sexy sax man.
“Eh.” All he could muster. You rolled your eyes, stomping over to him. TJ blinked as you pointed right at his face.
“You’re gonna carol with me and you’re gonna like it, mister.” The serious tone was quickly discarded and replaced with batting eyelashes and a sweet smile.
TJ sighed before shrugging on his jacket. He put on his scarf as well. You cheered once he was dressed and ready. He would do it to make you happy. It meant the world to you, and he’d give it to you.
Both of you had a lot of fun caroling. It was cold, and dark, but seeing people happy made it worth it. You wanted to spread the Christmas cheer, even if it meant singing loud for all to hear. TJ wouldn’t admit it, but he loved it too.
“I say we have some hot chocolate and some cheesecake,” you suggested once walking back into the house. Tj helped you take off your layers before taking off his own.
“You’re a genius. Can we watch White Christmas?” The two of you walked to the kitchen to make your snacks. You nodded while putting some water to boil.
“Of course. It’s your favorite.”
The rest of the night was spent warmly tucked away on the couch, watching movies and letting gluttony take over. You wouldn’t spend Christmas Eve with anyone else.
