Advice Needed Please...

Plumbing Pros,

I have a detached garage on higher elevation that has a bathroom in it about 125' away from the main house. Right now there is an underground soil line that ties into the main house's main sewer stack. The transition is with an OLD cast iron WYE it looks like, and it's literally falling apart and dripping (not good). So this is my plan.. can you all weigh in on how it sounds? I've attached two photos - one marked up with colors referenced below - one original.

Excavate into the existing foundation wall deep enough to hopefully find some good shape 4" cast iron pipe that I can put a banded rubber-coupler/fernco onto and transition to PVC.

Once it's PVC replace the old corroding WYE with a new either WYE (with clean-out (similar to what's there)) or else just a plain 45deg 4" elbow going toward the main stack. NOTE: RED on photo... with BLUE dotted representing new 45 instead of WYE.

When tying into the main stack, I'd like to replace the current sanitary T with a DOUBLE Sanitary TEE (shown in BLUE). I'm thinking I would cap the new side with a clean out that would allow future snaking/camera of the drain line from the garage.. Right now, trying to access from the garage toilet comes up short and has been an issue in the past, so I'd like to put in a DOUBLE tee to allow access "up" the drain to the garage. thinking future snake/camera can go up as marked in YELLOW

Finally, I'll be excavating into the ground and doing another banded coupler transition below the basement floor as shown with the GREEN mark.

Does this all make sense? I guess my biggest questions you to all are A) Can I do a double tee like that? and 2) can I put banded coupling transitions encased into new cement/mortar?

Thanks SO much in advance.. Have to bite this off sooner than later as the slow drip seems to be developing faster every day!
