#the job market is so fucked... #w tym kraju nie ma pracy dla ludzi z moim wykształceniem aaaaaaa #tzn. jest ale jest to jakieś 5 stanowisk na całe województwo które i tak dostaną ziomki kierowników #plus ofc to jakiś prekariat walony z niską płacą i zerowymi możliwościami awansu do momentu kiedy ktoś starszy nie odejdzie z zespołu xd #''3 lata udokumentowanego stażu pracy na umowie o pracę'' fuck you fuck you. #i'm getting my masters and have worked throughout all my student years #3 yrs of experience in retail/customer service and 2.5 yrs of experience in education/recreation (kids mostly) #for obvious reasons i don't want to stay in retail #education is nice and i'd like to pursue that but not in a typical ''teacher at school'' way #and there's like 5 offers in the non-school education field that i *could* be qualified for #but they requrire more experience esp with ''real'' job contract (uop) instead of ''trash contract'' (uz) that i always had :)))))) #*require #and if i want to change professions... tough luck bc i have to do a lot of courses but even if i did that there's still the experience. #which i wouldn't have. #personal #rynek pracy
