i hav the most fucking pounding headache since after last night's walk. i can only assume as i get fatter my walks r taking so much out of me now tht its pain-induced. who the fuck knows at this point. mayb ill get 2 a point where all the sheer pain my walks bring me will jus make me crash n splatter my brains across the kitchen tile floor. (<- 2 any deity reading this, i dont actually want 2 trip n fall, pls. ive had 2 many close calls. id bleed out. pls Dont.)
