{ ooc. Sometimes I still think of the fact that the stone tablets set up by the people in Floaroma have also been found in other regions canonically, going off of Professor Oak’s word

and it’s just... so sad to think that Floaromans likely travelled the world for so long... but to no avail. It just makes the existence of all the tablets outside of Hisui/Sinnoh so tragic. Because you Know canonically those stone tablets predate pla by a hell of a long time-- it falls into the time of the Celestica... especially since they use a language that hasn’t been decoded (and therefore is likely older than the unown script)... which is where the floaromans = branch of the celestica thing comes from--... but now pla’s map confirms it’s not until around 500 years at most before DPPT that Floaroma Town is revived...

and also it’s very interesting to note how shaymin comes down to greet the person who activated the path in the event, but then after seeing who it is, gets scared and runs off. Hm. Very interesting. Definitely doesn’t imply that the shaymin would come down to greet the floaromans and can tell if someone isn’t one...

and it’s so fucking sad. Floaroma Town’s lore makes me so sad. And I wish pla had gotten dlc addressing them, rather than just... actively avoiding the Floaroma Town/Eterna City area and not once touching on their lore }
