Procrastination is so rejuvenating 💆‍♀️ <- mostly sarcasm but genuinely I needed a break to do some silly (bad) composing. I cannot write good sheet music for the life of me. but I had fun :) Now I need to do my actual assignments 😭

#I’ve been wanting to write a song entirely in Solresol #(kind of poorly made but very extensive solfege-based conlang) #and I finally got around to writing an art song-ish arrangement with it but made some mistakes with my translations #and the words ARE the notes so that means I have to rewrite it all 😭 #so I’m just giving up for now and I’ll work on it again later #I discovered there are names for all kinds of bugs in Solresol so I will be using those! >:) #anyway I figure even if I can’t keep singing for long I can still write/compose stuff #I just. have no knowledge of music theory 🥲 #sigh #okay time to go do my assignments #I was busy literally all day yesterday and the day before so #I have to speedrun my multimedia project by Monday afternoon 😭 #have I already posted this? probably. whatever #musicposting #🤓posting #all kinds of postingposting yk
