i can't fucking believe i have to make this post but hey, kids? creepy people online do exist. they aren't just a myth your parents tell you about to keep you from making friends and having fun. and they’re ESPECIALLY prevalent in the rpc & fandom spaces as a whole.

if you’re a minor, you need to establish boundaries. you need to be honest about your age. you need to get the fuck away from adults who try to force ships on you, adults who insist on showing you romantically / sexually charged content, and adults who want to discuss romantic / sexual shit with you in general -- yes, even if it’s through the guise of a fictional character. these people are preying on you at worst and accidentally exposing you to inappropriate content at best. it is illegal. you could both get in serious trouble and, beyond that, adults should not be knowingly exposing minors to sexual content in the first fucking place. it’s creepy. it’s damaging. even if you think you’re mature for your age? get the hell away from these people. they will use you. they are predators. they will engage with you to help get their rocks off and they will do so remorselessly. you will fucking regret interacting with them. these people do not fucking care if they hurt you and you need to LEAVE.

if you’re an adult, and you aren't listening to minors who tell you that what you’re doing is making them uncomfortable, or if you’re trying to engage in this shit w/ minors while knowing that they’re kids? you’re fucking gross. you don’t belong here. you need to get far the fuck away from children and re-examine yourself. rethink this shit. ask yourself why you’re seeking this shit out w/ minors. ask yourself why you’re so desensitized to exposing children to shit with sexual or romantic implications. ask yourself why you’re fucking doing that. get out, and get some fucking help.
