God I seriously cannot get over this, over them.

I got so many thoughts about Bumbleby (FINALLY CANON I WAITED TEN FUCKING YEARS FUCK) and Whiterose (I’ll take my crumbs thank you) but these two were the ones that surprised me the most.

It speaks immensely that Roman, always a charismatic, suave, cunning villain was very gentle with Neo. It’s been known that he cared about her deeply, and of course Neo’s arc lets us know she cared about him more than anything, but that is the face of a man who LOVED, a man who knew EXACTLY what he was, the kind of person he was, he called Ruby a ‘hero’ because he had no qualms being a villain, a bad guy, he played his role perfectly and loved every second of it, being scum, helping the big evil, lying, stealing, cheating... and he also loved.

He loved Neo, and my God does she love him so much? No matter how wretched and scheming they were, they always had each other, and their hearts will always belong to one another.

To know she’s never to have her love back, that no matter what she does, who she goes after, tricks, scares or even kills, nothing is going to bring Roman back, he’s gone and she has to deal with that.

Oh Neo, I hope you can be happy and with Roman, however that may be.
