least favorite type of person is extroverts that treat introverts like pets or children. when you dokt know them but they dont like that you wont talk to them so for the rest of the day amd every time they see you they're like "I'm gonna make you talk to me eventually haha" and they make jokes and act like you're best friends but since you arent friends at all it's just patronizing and insincere. and I dont mean the ones that actually care about becoming your friend, I mean the ones who take someone not being outgoing as a challenge to be the one to get them to talk or laugh or react by any means and ignore any sign of discomfort you show in the process.

I went a long time as a kid being picked on by more outgoing people who decided me being an introvert meant they were allowed to take any chance to embarrass me or draw unwanted attention to me so when a semi coworker taking a shift from another store that I've never met before acts all buddy-buddy with me and tries to act like weve been friends for so long that teasing me is okay whether or not I engage back or seem comfortable it just kinda reminds me of being a kid and people thinking it's funny to draw attention to the loner kid that they clearly dont want and newsflash it dowsnt make me want to be your friend it makes me decide I will never be your friend because I can tell you domt care you just want a reaction because you cant stand someone not being entirely engaged with your presence
