i understand the last one, calling Asians rats being derogatory and racist but i don't get why the other two are bad, will you explain or post a link to explain?

Well, not only are both the oikawa and atsumu ones incredibly old and not funny, the oikawa is body shaming. Atsumu is being compared to a rapist and murderer because of only sharing a hair color.

And, also, these are comfort characters for a lot of people. No one likes to have their comfort characters ruined for them, especially with old, harmful headcanons that aren't funny.

okay so i am someone who has their actual age on their bio but remember some people are not comfortable disclosing their age on a public platform, just so you know because as a stranger on the internet you're not entitled to someone's specific age if they don't feel comfortable, i understand the needing to know to make your own safe space but your post made me feel weird because I have friends who

I am so sorry if this came off as rude, just know that giving that kind of personal data can be a problem for a lot of people.

The reason I require actual age in bio is because there have been entirely too many scares with blogs that leave it as 18+ or not a minor and, then, they were, in fact, minors/17 and under. So, to follow and interact with my blog, I do require more than 18+ or not a minor; it can be age or birth year, but, for me to feel safe and comfortable on my blog, I need more than 18+ or not a minor. There's also the fact that I've had followers not even bother to read my rules, had people ignore the two warnings I put on all my posts that I block 17 and under and ageless blogs that interact at all. I even just had a 16 year old like one of my smut posts.

If people feel uncomfortable having their age in bio and want to keep it as 18+, that's fine - I get that. However, the trade off is they don't get the content I put out for free and I'd understand if they unfollow. They absolutely get to feel comfortable on their blog but I get to feel comfortable on mine. As strangers on the internet, they're not entitled to content at all. They don't want to put an age and just leave it at 18+, I get it and I can't make them put it. But they also don't get disregard the comfort and safety of the person behind the blog they're visiting.

Like them, I get to feel safe and comfortable on my blog and will not force them to put it if they don't want to but I hope they understand it means they don't get my content in return.

Unfortunately, part of your ask got cut off in the middle so I don't know what your friends experienced but I'm sorry it happened to them. However, on my end, I've been in the community a long time as a reader and seen a lot of minor scares from blogs that only have it as 18+/not a minor. So, if anyone doesn't feel comfortable from my post or putting an actual age in their bio, I completely understand and there will be no hard feelings if anyone decides to unfollow. However, if you're going to stick around, I do require an actual age and not just 18+/not a minor/MDNIs to access my blog and it's content. I hope this answers your question.
