sleeping habits: holly isn’t a very good sleeper, mostly because she tends to find something to do instead of sleep, whether that’s read, write, bake or worry. her sleep is often quite disturbed, even more so since the break in, but she just tries not to think about it, choosing to distract herself instead.

eating habits: holly’s sweet tooth is unmatched and it has never dwindled through her life. she does eat her three meals a day, but honestly finds non-sweet foods boring in comparison and knows she’s just eating to refuel.

exercise habits: holly enjoys dance fitness yoga and pilates, and she attends weekly classes for all three. she also tries to go to her spin class once a week, but this often gets skipped because she knows how tough it is. she does enjoy some forms of exercise, but never running or going to the gym.

HOLLY WISTON casual day-to-day style

holly is big on floral prints and delicate tea dresses. she loves loose, floaty shirts paired with fitted, high-waisted skirts and trousers. spring and summer are her favourite fashion seasons for that reason. in winter she’s a sucker for cosy knits and has been known to have tried (and failed) to make her own sweaters in the past. she usually opts for heels, even in her everyday wear, because she’s quite short and needs the extra height. any bag she carries is always on the larger side, mainly so that she can carry around various books and chunks of her manuscripts and other crap that she can’t seem to leave at home. her jewellery is always on the delicate and simple side - a locket chain with an old family photo inside and some small gold hoop earrings. holly is all about the simple, chic and understated.
