scars / birthmarks: two scars down her back, in line and along her shoulder blades, where wings should be, though she's very insecure about them and she covers them with magic treatment that puts a glamour over them to hide them. she also gets little scabs and bruises a lot because of her clumsiness and frequent time spent in the woods among sharp branches and thick roots. / she has one on her left hip that she swears looks like a heart. (it does not actually look like a heart but you will break her heart if you tell her that, she’s very proud of it.)   

abilities / powers: magic affinity, being able to detect magic without meaning to, affinity for nature, communicating with plants and animals, somewhat unconscious allure, especially to humans (ex: she's harder to refuse, normally very easy to be drawn to in a crowd, unnaturally charming), she has somewhat of a temperature resistance, or at least she has one on feeling alone. (meaning, her body may suffer from the effects of the temperature and her not realize it) she also has a high alcohol tolerance and strong immune system (both due to fae blood as well as her experiences) for human alcohol and human diseases.

restrictions: iron and silver, though she really tries to stray from metal of any kind. iron and silver, specifically, poison her and her skin, making her feel ill and burning her. her senses are heightened and more sensitive than the average human, and while that alone isn't a weakness, allie finds that harsh smells and sounds bother her to a point of almost pain. meat also makes her ill.

favorites.            i'll let you know right now this was a flop. there are hardly any favorites just vibes, she so rarely has favorites.

also bc it’s her birthday i’m thinking about all the sad birthday hcs :) i just think she’s never really had a birthday party and she doesn’t prefer to? she really likes Going to parties or clubs for her birthday or just out in general but her mother never really celebrated her birthday. she’s also a very routine crier on her birthday which is why she’s never asked for a party because she just assumes she won’t be any fun :( also i think. she doesn’t really know how to handle being the Center of attention, she likes having a lot of attention but once she knows Everything is about her she doesn’t know how to deal with that. has her birthday ever been significant to her besides how her friends react? probably not!!!

allie has definite issues with potentially substance abuse but definite substance overuse. she has a lot of anxiety and trauma that she keeps pressed so far down, and when it surfaces, which is frequently and often, she seeks distraction in multitudes of ways. her mother raised her surrounded by both alcohol and drugs, mostly of the fae variety, and she actually frequently medicated allie with them, even when she was little and knowing the potential consequences that could affect allie. olette, her mother, used them to soothe crying, put her to sleep, and targeted her nightmares with a specific, consistent drug that allie did have a physical addiction to, and had to face withdrawals from when her mother left and didn’t leave her with any. it also made her nightmares worse. the early introduction and use left her with a compulsion to use substances as a distraction and as a way to self-medicate. she is functional, and has more of a psychological addiction to them in general more than physical. she also enjoys going to parties- kind of a lot, actually -so she almost always gets inebriated socially as well. weed is probably the best case scenario for her. she really is, in general, just a hippie in a different font so. u kno. allie's very curious and exploratory so i imagine she's tried nearly all the ways to have thc, but notably she thinks edibles are So fun and i think has them to help her sleep a bunch. really just anyway to make weed more fun she's all for.

i saw One Single Thing on the dash abt dancing and got exciting thinkin abt it so :) allie loves loves loves to dance and can dance well, like easily feels rhythm and she's like a creative soul or whatever. thinking abt how allie is kind of afraid to sleep alone actually because of her nightmares that she's had since she was little!!! she will stay up for several days and it might not even show because of her fae blood and her several what she calls 'natural remedies' (magic plants or even straight up drugs(probably magic drugs)) to conceal anything. she will sleep with a loved one or even a stranger but when she's by herself she just won't!! it's not a restlessness thing she just will do things to purposefully keep her awake.

allie’s .. definitely not had a birthday party before and i’m just thinking about it. she very much goes to parties or clubs on her birthday with friends but it’s never like. Her Birthday Party. i said once upon a time she loves attention but not being the center of attention and i don’t think that’s necessarily true anymore, but she definitely has something along the lines of like. not knowing what to do when she is the center attention.
