Luli didn’t initially want to join the dragons, taking her mother’s words about their father to heart. Her mind was changed when she realized she had to look after her brother. It has taken her a bit to adjust to the gang life. Regardless, Luli is loyal to the Dragons. 

Luli is a certified hacker and has great ideas for the Dragons. Since she is only a runner, her ideas are guarded until she climbs ranks within the gang. Though she does utilize her skills whenever they’re needed. 

Her feelings about her father are similar to those of Lei, but she still loves and misses him. There are many times she has asked her mother about her father but is always shut down and scolded.

She trusts her brother more than anyone else and will follow blindly knowing that he would not put her in harms way. In any case, Luli has familiarized herself with as many weapons as possible and keeps one on her at all times. Her weapon of choice is a katana.

Luli is neutral with the wolves but despises the Devils and will stir shit up if they ever cross paths. 

Like her brother, Luli speaks fluent Chinese. She also knows Spanish as she realized it has come in handy when dealing with the demographics in Clearmont.
