What kind of herb are you?

Cumin

You see yourself so clearly that you can see the gaping hole inside you where you lost a piece long ago. It's there and it's ragged and painful and bleeding and you don't know how no one else can see it when it takes up so much of your awareness. You run from it, fight it, try to find it but nothing bandages up that hungry mawing void inside yourself and when you're tired, uninspired, you swear it grows and grows. You promise yourself you want to be alone, promise yourself that you want to be different, want to be special, love having this hole inside you and point it out in words or song or jokes and stories and take pride in that pain, in your uniqueness in this world of grays and storm clouds. You are 5 am rain on asphalt roads and sputtering street lamps. You are petrichor musings and messy guitar chords and a thousand contradictions wrapped inside a quiet cry, an evening of coffee and jittering hands and a promise that you're okay or that you're fine until you're falling apart in someone's arms or messages and pretend you're alright in the morning. You taste so strongly but sometimes you wonder if all you are is ash.

A concept: Meisha in a transmigration/isekai verse wherein...

- she gets transported into the universe of this second-rate dating sim, where all it has going on for it was that the character designs were absolute eye candy. However, it falls flat on the story progression aspects, where everything feels so one-dimensional or romantically cheesy.

- The MC of said game infuriates Meisha because of how lacking she is in personality, and a lot of the choices she actually wants to make for her are unavailable in the game. She's a doormat to all the characters, basically. MC has no actual redeeming character traits either, aside from being the daughter of a grand duke, and yet, the plot revolves in her favor simply because she's the main character.

- Meisha, our sassy realist, got transmigrated into the MC's body, and she's gonna set everyone straight. - Meisha, seeing the male lead: NO GOD, PLEASE NO.

I will just put this here for future interactions, in case anyone would be interested. ;w; Disclaimers that a lot of the details below may undergo being fine-tuned in the future, the further I get into the game. Right now, I’m playing the English release, but am gradually digesting the japanese translations since I’m too lazy with playing mobages in general.

- Meisha's a Pomefiore student. Her dad is an NRC alumnus, and that's pretty much the one reason she believes is how she got admitted to NRC. - Maintains most of her personality in her mainverse, if not a lil bit more of an Aries. - Has been interested in the prospect of renovating a large chunk of Ramshackle dorm for aesthetic purposes, with one of her main motivations being that at least one room gets converted into her own personal walk-in closet. - - She always carries around a compact with her, which she uses to frequently look at her own reflection. Some believe this to be an act of her own vanity, which does have some credence, but in reality, it also serves a secondary purpose. - Attends flying lessons out of tenacity - Signature Spell - "A thousand words" : reflection-based magic that allows Meishas to use mirrors to view what other mirrors or reflective surfaces can see. The limitations revolve around the range and what mediums she uses. For example, she can only look at whatever is happening in other locations of building A, if she has a mirror of her own that is from building A, or if she's used her own pocket mirror within the confines of a specific location. That being said, unless someone has actually brought her a mirror from a specific place, her magic won't work on places she hasn't been to before.

A concept: Meisha doing a ‘full face using my mom’s make-up’ challenge! And she was all bright and excited about it, except: - Her mom’s make-up bag is way smaller than expected. Like. Pencil case small - all it pretty much has are brow pencils, eyeliners, and just one red lipstick, which is practically used up. - She does have eyeshadow , though; a basic neutral palette Meisha bought for her on her birthday. AND IT’S STILL MINT IN BOX. - no primers, no liquid foundations, contour, blush, etc. Her mom does have a compact for a powder foundation, but let’s just call it a pocket mirror bECAUSE THE POWDER IS CLEANLY GONE. - the first half of the video is literally Meisha freaking out about how to work with the stuff her mom gave her, and complains about how her mom didn’t even use the stuff Meisha gifted (Meilan: Well, your dad loves me all natural--, Meisha: We're talking about make-up, right?, Meilan:..., Meisha: We're talking about make-up, right???)
