An idea I've had swirling around in my head. Not sure it would even be possible to rp just due to the nature of a character going into basically god mode. But whatever, still a rough idea.
Light of Ruin
Verse where only Rauru is present at Sonia's murder by Ganondorf, and he no longer holds back his potential power that he is terrified of. Crafted by his ancient bloodline and the enhancement by the stone... Rauru assumes a state of power that can rival the Demon King.
The price for this power is huge, as it will kill him eventually, but also he loses himself the longer he maintains the power.
If Ganon is the moon, Rauru is the sun.
And that sun is nearly ready to collapse in on itself.

“Be honest— what was the purpose of you and your people coming to Hyrule?”
If I were to guess, my ancestors came to Hyrule to use it as a resource. I know of the records kept, and some of them are provoking, but this doesn't give an accurate representation of all the activities I suspect. Such as sharing of technology, building what are now ruins of my people.
I was not alive during these periods, by the time I was born there were not many of us left. They had all but vanished in Hyrule, according to the knowledge I have through my eldest sister. Or they at least did not wish to be found.
Mineru and I descended into Hyrule when we could no longer support ourselves with what little was left within the sky. By that time, I wasn't a child any longer and had earned my stone. We hoped that time would ease the memories of the pain of our people using this land without consideration, as it had been a few hundred years later.
We were mostly correct, many Hylians did not know what we were or what our race did to scar the land. Some made the connection, but we did not arrive with anything but the clothes on our backs.
Mineru and I, our purpose to coming to Hyrule so very long ago was survival. Nothing more, nothing less.

Verses
My Verses are secondary to my Eras for this blog, but still are important. There are likely more closed verses than open ones, simply due to the nature of plotting with others.
Origins | open verse A verse that targets the time before Rauru founded Hyrule and became King.
Role Reversal | closed verse [with @gloryseized] Rauru's prior stone brings him Link rather than Zelda. wip.
Fallen | closed verse [with @topaz-adorned] There's a strange occurrence, two youths dressed in clothing not of this era appear within the Garden of Time. Rauru and Sonia take them under their protection.
More to be added, I'm sure c:

Eras
Eras are essentially the way I organize this blog, rather than Verses. Although I do have different Verses, I do not default to any specific Verse. I do default to a specific Era. I may or may not add to this, but I think these three are fitting to give a great deal of freedom to how others can interact with Rauru.
Ancient Era | Default This is Rauru's original Era, this encompasses pre-birth, his birth, arrival from the skies, founding of Hyrule, and death.
Revenent Era | Spirit Any point in time he presents as a Spirit, he is in his Revenant Era.
Classical Era | Rebirth Post-TotK, Rauru is inadvertently returned to flesh and blood into Hyrule.

Her eyes are sparkling at the offer of new knowledge. In fact, she’s happily bouncing on her toes and softly clapping her hands together — she can’t contain her excitement. “I would love to learn about the stones! How do they work? Do they resonate with the user’s soul? Do the stones choose their handler? Do the colors represent their designated element? Do- oh.” Ahem. “Uh, I’m sorry.”
He huffed in amusement.
" The stones were forged by using the souls of our ancestors, the art was lost long ago. It was said only certain Zonai were to be chosen for this path, Mineru recalled to me that they were identified at birth and raised essentially for this later ability to impart their ability of power amplification. As depressing as it sounds, it was seen as a great honor. "
" Now these stones, they are blank slates until someone with knowledge and intent connects with them. Usually physically. While it may just appear as if one touches it and can bear the stone, it is far more complicated than this. If the stone finds you unworthy of a bond, it can reject you. Mineru has recounted tales to me of her witnessing rejections in the past, before she presented me with my stone that I remain connected with. Forceful bonding will usually kill the host, however long this takes depends on sheer will, and may even destroy the stone in the end. "
" As to how they work. It is different for each individual that has one. Some use it as an extension of one's self, others use it as a boost to what magic they already possess rather than an inherent extension, and some may divulge deeper still and become one with their stone. Many of the relationships remain undefinable and become rather murky for some, they are whatever the holder of the stone needs it to be. "
" I wouldn't say the stones have morals or personalities, but they can be a good match or a bad match. The ceremony for those to receive a stone would have put a Zonai who came into adulthood earlier that same year in front of a variety of what was believed to be good matches, if you resonated with one.. that would be the one you would forge a bond with. "
" The colors, they do seem to follow the pattern of elements. But there are more than just elemental powers, such as Light, Time, and Spirit. They are not as clearly defined as it seems, I'm certain there were far more than we will ever see. As the way to make them is no more. "

“You are interesting,” says a voice. “Zonai aside, you’ve made it your purpose to unify Hyrule under your banner and become its very first sovereign. You’ve brought knowledge, technology, and even magical bobbles to the people. Well, those bobbles aren’t for everyone, just those you deem worthy.” A small giggle echoes between shadows. “So, why? Why go to all the trouble to establish a kingdom?”
" Stranger, I am less of a sovereign and more of a protector. I do not command villages and towns to follow laws that are unnecessarily strict. They can practice their beliefs, while the Zonai had specific gods.. Hyruleans have their own, it is I that has adapted. They can decide to trade goods and services with their neighbors or they can withhold that, although I have overridden this a few times when it put unnecessary strain on those in the desert. My military presence is low, only when it is deemed necessary to keep a settlement safe. "
" Some settlements do want more involvement, I find it difficult to indulge them. I usually seek Sonia's guidance on matters such as these. "
" The stones are some of the last relics of a time that I didn't even get to see, you expect me to give them away to anyone that fancies them? Not every being has magic nor the fortitude required to bear them. They can very easily kill their host, so it is very important to select those who can handle themselves. I was not presented with my stone until I was of age and its mastery was difficult. "
" I will indulge you if you truly wish to know. By the time Mineru began raising me, our people were on the decline for one reason or another. I was too young to understand, but our parents had passed and our home was barren. Mineru, being as she is, knew that if we stayed that there would be little chance of survival.
This very long ago, some Kings came and went. Each time they brought ruin and death upon their own people, the pattern never changed. Greedy, purist. They took everything from the people and punished them greatly over meaningless infractions.
We descended to the surface world.
I will not say it was destiny, as it took a few decades of work to establish myself with the Hylians. I began small, protecting a village from the then-King's forces. They cherished a peaceful way of life, it felt unbelievably good to give them that peace. I expanded my influence, the King's foot soldiers would eventually surrender without violence and many switched their allegiance.
My heritage likely played a role in my acceptance, but once the King abandoned and fled the castle on the Plateau I immediately sought to replace him. I wanted to establish trade routes with the Rito, Zora, and Gerudo as their societies had suffered greatly at the hands of prior Kings. I believed that would be best. I wanted to relieve the world of the monsters that plagued some villages, to make the world as perfect as it could be, so I sought my goals and people followed. "

On the Steward Constructs
Rauru likely assumed the technology wouldn't last that long and found it disquieting how they worked until their functioning ceased.
He would overhear everything they said to Link and the crushing realization that they had a very advanced level of awareness would hit him like a minecart. It was as if they had some level of sapience, and even back when he was alive he realized it had been there as well.
Rauru never questioned it as technology was more of Mineru's area of expertise. He didn't particularly mind their ability to perform complex tasks that required critical thinking, it saved many from manual labor at the castle. They were used to benefit workers they employed, it was honestly critical to have them. Though the fact they continued to still work despite understanding that their creators no longer existed and that no one visits them..
It hadn't been something Rauru thought he'd have to be concerned about, but he eventually finds it to be interesting as he observes their behavior more. Knowing Mineru was more the engineer than he could ever be, he wondered how this happened.
Unbeknownst to him, Mineru used Poes from the depths to animate the various Constructs.
