Hi I have a silly question but is “You were going to lose yourself to the dark side for a pair of pretty eyes.” from a fic or did someone actually say that in canon?? :O

There was a panel today with Mark Hamill and Rian Johnson and some others at SXSW (South by Southwest Film Festival). According to Rian, that was Luke’s original line after interrupting Ben and Rey holding hands that fell out of the script at some point. There are already videos coming out of the panel, so I’m sure we’ll get confirmation of that soon!
