———  THREE  FACTS! 

I work at a used bookstore! It’s kind of a dream job--though being retail and part of a chain, I still have my hang-ups about it haha. A small price to pay though! Of all my retail jobs, it is definitely the best I’ve ever had. 

My favorite animals are Kangaroos, Hyenas, Rabbits, and Foxes. 

I enjoy oddities though my current collection is pretty small. One of my dream pieces is a European mounted deer skull. I just haven’t had the space or resources to get myself one yet. 

———  EXPERIENCE! 

I’ve been rping for years and years. Gosh, if I’m doing my math correctly? Like 13 years? 14? Something around there.  Ironically enough my first rp blog was a solely MCU based Loki before Avengers came out. Of course he’s been wiped out and I gave the url away before I deleted it haha. Sometimes I dip in and out of hiatuses and can go through a year or two dry spell where I just can’t write but somehow I always end up back somewhere. 

I owe a lot to rping though--as its how I met my partner and contributes to where I am in my life now! Happy and Thriving getting to be the man I never could in my old environment. c: 

———  MUSE  PREFERENCE! 

I’m actually hella picky about picking up muses!! I view it as a big commitment of my time and energy and I have a lot of trouble going through with it if I can’t see myself enjoying and vibing with the muse. 

I also tend to do a lot of research and studies regarding muses I adapt. I have notebooks full of notes on them and timelines and google docs and its just a HUGE EVENT. Even with ocs, depending on the timeline or time period they exist in. I’m a bit of stickler for my personal muses and make sure I’m informed about whatever aspect I can be. 

Making an rp blog for said muse is like. The end all be all. I’m committed to this fucker and I cannot be stopped. 

——— FLUFF / ANGST / SMUT!    

FLUFF: I enjoy fluff but sometimes I do have issues writing it haha. Of all the things to write--fluffy scenarios usually make me scratch my head and fumble with my words a bit more than most. I love them! I really do! But it is a challenge. 

I also don’t enjoy fluff being the sole interaction between muses I write. Sure it has its place but I prefer variety!! If we’re writing and there’s a lot of fluff going on--I might be a touch slower with everything. 

ANGST:  I’m a sucker for angst lmao. Most of my muses lend themselves to it well. Again, there needs to be a good balance but yeah!! Enjoy it a lot. Communication between muns is important for it though!! 

SMUT: I don’t like writing smut and won’t write it in a public space like this as stated in my rules. Go nuts, show nuts whatever as much as you like on your blog. Fade to black scenarios and implications are fine!! But I’m not comfortable writing it out. 

Personally my blogs aren’t going to a sole source of any of these though!! Communication with your writing partner is so important so you can understand what you’re both wanting out of threads. I tend to ask questions and talk a lot in the tags between replies! 

PLOT / MEMES:   I adore plotting!! Mashing together ideas and seeing where the story goes is a huge draw of why I write with my friends. It doesn’t have to be anything intense or concrete plotting! It’s so satisficing taking just vague ideas and coming out with this beautiful piece of collaboration. I just love being able to do that haha. 

Memes are also good! I’ll never turn my nose up at them! They’re super good for opening up meetings and what have you and seeing how your writing style might mesh with your partners. They don’t have to be serious and they don’t always have to evolve into something long!
