the story:

yuuki’s base verse is rse + a modified delta ep. there are no separation of timelines. 

oras-only features, such as the painting in granite cave, southern island and soaring, mega evolutions, draconids, and the fairy-type all exist. same goes for the kalosian war and infinity energy.

yuuki’s journey follows the events of pkmn emerald, followed by the delta episode.

as there is no rse/oras separation, cozmo’s plan is to send the meteoroid into the distortion world.

zinnia doesn’t talk about an alternate hoenn, but instead mentions that there are beings not to be disturbed in the distortion world.

the locations & people:

all shops carry items according to gen iii. this includes the bazaar at slateport.

mauville isn’t a sprawling, self-contained city.

the battle frontier, battle tents, and battle tower all exist. and so does scott.

the battle resort is an extension to the battle frontier.

what happens to oras-only canons? yuuki still encounters lisia and gets contest pikachu and everything else from her, but at lilycove, as that is the only place where contests take place. 

pokéblocks are made with machines, not a portable kit!

the villainous teams are both aqua and magma. 

juan is the leader of sootopolis, and wallace is the champion of evergrande.

the origin:

yuuki’s tk powers came from prolonged exposure to a meteorite.

that meteorite in particular, was connected to deoxys. it was later destroyed along with the meteoroid that he intercepted in space.

by then, it was too late: it had already done its damage.

it is unknown if his tk was latent and the meteorite was merely the catalyst, or if he had simply assimilated deoxys’s influence.

the concept:

meteor-based powers are the basis of yuuki’s tk. (see: meteorite-induced powers)

it is not in the least precise, or refined. it is highly unlikely to get to that point.

he cannot use it to levitate objects, or grab items, much less people.

when under stress, or experiencing negative emotions, things around yuuki start to crack as if something is applying great pressure to it.

under such duress, even lightly holding something is likely to shatter it.

during particularly turbulent moments, yuuki can even run cracks through cliff walls if left unchecked.

in general, his tk constantly pushes outwards from him and is usually harmless, until his negative emotions multiply. that in turn intensifies his tk to literal meteoric impact levels of destruction.

if it ever reaches that level, he’s probably as good as dead. everything else that stressed him out probably is, too. mutually-assured destruction ftw.

the interactions:

what most psychics + psychic-type pkmn can read off him, is a sense of general unease and oppression. it also interferes with/jams their ability to read his emotions, for better or for worse.

aura users + aura-using pkmn experience no such interference. instead, they will note a ruby tinge to his aura that darkens the more unstable he gets.

most ghost-type pkmn, or those who feed off life force, will seem to ignore his presence, or turn the other way in an act of repulsion.

yuuki has experienced bad times when in the presence of strong dark-type legendaries. no such problems exist around your average dark-types.

his tk field is like a wall, its energy travelling outwards with yuuki as its starting point.

when his power levels escalate, the nearer the object, the stronger the effects on it.

the chronology:

yuuki’s journey is a blend of events that happened in rse and oras + delta episode.

at the age of 12, yuuki moved from goldenrod, johto, to hoenn.

there he met prof birch and his daughter and a boy from petalburg, and went on a trainer’s journey.

decides to collect unique items from each location he visited.

he helped out the president of devon corp and met his son.

also met lisia at lilycove and tried his hand at contests.

oh, and there was an encounter with latios at southern island too.

somehow became entangled in team magma & team aqua’s collective schemes.

went around trying to stop them. got a meteorite from mt chimney.

got involved some more in team magma & team aqua’s activities.

found rayquaza, and somehow managed to quell kyogre and groudon’s feud with its aid.

challenged the evergrande league and won.

jetted off into space to intercept a meteoroid and stop deoxys from… he doesn’t know. it was better than letting the world he knew die because he did nothing.

one month after deoxys: first sign of tk. refused to leave his house for a year after that.

one year after deoxys: leaves for mt pyre. no explanation, nothing. just up and leaves. starts to bleach his hair white.

he then trains and meditates on mt pyre to get his tk under control. he is mostly successful. doesn’t bother keeping in touch with anyone.

five years after being on mt pyre: yuuki is now 18. he enrolls in rustboro university and works a few part-time jobs to support himself. rents a tiny 1DK. still hasn’t talked to mom or dad.

currently 22, yuuki is still working on his honour’s degree. he secures and completes an internship at devon r&d. due a lack of income after his tenure ends, he takes up a part-time job at a family-run restaurant near his apartment out of necessity.

he starts to consider talking to his family again. at the same time, also applies for a year-long exchange program to goldenrod university.
