haa this fucking sucks

For context: this is the official World of Darkness youtube channel (as in the very same one that posts official promotional material for the awful Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2).

I was never asked if my art could be used. In fact, I wasn’t even notified until TODAY, 4 months after this video was posted, and not by any of the WoD staff, but by a mutual on tumblr. And to be completely honest, this makes me not want to create any more vtm-related artwork. At the very least, I wouldn't want to make it public so that a channel with over 70k subscribers could use it as free promotional material again, especially when it comes to the empty husk of a game that is vtmb2.

Edit: the situation sort of resolved itself now that the participation in the “vamily spotlights” is voluntary and will no longer be forced by virtue of referencing anything within paradox’s ip. Still, I wish my art could be removed from the video if not on legal basis, then on the basis of personal comfort. Alas, comfort is a luxury on the internet.
