Gracie wouldn't lie the words brought her comfort. Though she hadn't really been alone at all in her life, she felt alone from time to time. Judith was off being a badass, her dad was doing the same, she felt like she was still the same little kid who wasn't brave in the slightest. The weakest link. But now she was older. Stronger. She was gonna do better. "Okay, I'm not gonna be alone." She nodded, taking a deep breath. "Promise you're gonna be with me?"
