I think we're starting to dilute the meaning of "terminally online". Like, no, it's not terminally online to have eccentric opinions about a popular TV show – people like that existed before "online" was a thing. Unless we're talking at least an "it's homophobic for gay furries to have rat fursonas because they're depicting gay people as vermin", the onlineness falls well short of terminal.

So there’s a Thai group chat that Units have with his mom. Considering that in there his mom said specifically said he’s been ready to work more and is having no issues managing his degree, I definitely don’t think his studies have posed to be a problem. If anything, it definitely sounded like she was expressing Barcode’s disappointment in not having work.

Ultimately, I really do think it just comes down to exactly that. Barcode is more than ready to work but BOC isn’t able to provide that for him. It’s pretty much the same line of thought that Pond admitted to in today’s fanmeet.

For about a month after DFF ended, Barcode had almost 0 events and promotions. Only in the last couple of weeks has he been working on events with Ta. Barcode even made a Patreon where he had originally intended to show his acting BTS, music, and vlogs.

It definitely feels like that was the main reason he decided to part ways from BOC. And to be honest, since the middle of DFF began airing, it felt like he was preparing for his departure.

I wonder what Barcode is going to do next? He said he’s a freelancer. That’s pretty tough. You have the freedom to choose your own jobs but it’s difficult to get your foot in the door without an agent. Hopefully he has alot of help and support, he’s still very young.

And it's hard to say as long as we can't really tell what it is Barcode wants. We also don't know what the plan for BOC is.

Most likely BOC will keep focussing on Apo, Bible, Mile. Maybe Tong in a way and probably Bas. For the rest, I don't know for how much longer they will ultimately be around. I can't see a solo/ couple show for let's say Job and Nodt, even though they did a good job on KP.

With Barcode - and this is merely my own speculation- I think he has outgrown his own age group at the company acting wise. DFF showed what happens when you let him play with people closer to his age or even newbies older than him: He plays rings around them and makes them look bad, even though that's not his intention. If you let them play in a show with Tong, Bas, Apo or Mile it would be the exact same thing. There are few people who have grown as much as actors since KP as Barcode has though.

Another "problem" might be (again speculating here) that Barcode wants to keep collaborating with Jeff more than is good for the company. If Barcode wants to release an album/music and do it with Jeff as a writer/producer, then Mile's BOC music department is jobless. Again, it wouldn't make sense.

Another issue might be that Barcode just started university and he seems to take his studies very seriously. If he keeps working like he did while filming DFF, I think his grades might suffer.

My guess is that Barcode might focus on his studies until Wuju might be released at some point. He'll have SoS deal with everything (Yes, I do think Jeff was at least asked for his opinion on this move). Maybe, depending on what SoS wants, it might make sense to sign Barcode to them until Wuju is done and dealt with and he could also release some music meanwhile? Afterwards, one would look at his music and see how well it does and then decide if he stays close to or with SoS, or tries to get signed to another studio or even get a manager and work independently. I think that's what I would probably do in his shoes.

Again, that's just me speculating and my personal opinion.
