Follow the Sunnah:
Following are some sunnah that if we implement these in our lives, we will get tremendous reward in shaa Allah.

Eating:
‘Umarbin Abu Salamah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), said to me, “Mention Allah’s Name (i.e., say Bismillah beforestarting eating), eat with your right hand, and eat from what is near you.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].‘Aishah(May Allah be pleased with her) reported:Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “When any of you wants to eat, he should mention theName of Allah in the begining, (i.e., say Bismillah). If he forgets to do it inthe beginning, he should say Bismillah awwalahu wa akhirahu (I begin with theName of Allah at the beginning and at the end).”[At-Tirmidhiand Abu Dawud].
Sneezing:
It was also reported from AbuHurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessingsof Allaah be upon him) said: “If any one of you sneezes, let him say ‘Al-hamduLillaah,’ and let his brother or his companionsay, ‘YarhamukAllaah.’ And if he says to him, ‘YarhamukAllaah,’ let him say, ‘Yahdeekum Allaahu wa yuslihabaalakum (May Allaah guide you and correct yourthinking).’” (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 10/502)
Naturecalls (going to toilet)
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith1.146 Narrated by Abu Aiyub Al Ansari (May Allah be pleased with him)Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said, “If anyone of yougoes to answer the call of nature he should neither face nor turn his backtowards the Qibla (when relieving himself).’Anas reported that when the Messenger of Allah (peace be uponhim) entered the privy to relieve himself, he (peace be upon him) wouldsay, “In the name of Allah. Sleeping
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith8.326 Narrated by Hudhaifa (May Allah be pleased with him)When the Prophet (peace be upon him) retired to bed at night, he(peace be upon him) would put his hand under his (right) cheek and then say,“Allahumma bismika amutu wa ahya (O Allah, by Your Name I die and I live)”and when he (peace be upon him) got up (from sleep), he (peace be upon him)would say, “Al-Hamdu lil-lahi al-ladhi ahyana ba’da ma amatana, wa ilaihian-nushur (Praise be to Allah Who gave us life after death, and to Him isthe return.” Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 5027 Narrated by Hafsah, Ummul Mu’minin (May Allah be pleased with her)When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) retired to go tosleep, he (peace be upon him) would put his right hand under his cheek andwould then say three times: ‘O Allah, guard me from Thy punishment on the Daywhen Thou raises up Thy servants.’ Al-Tirmidhi Hadith4718 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah (May Allah be pleased with him)When Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) saw a man lying onhis stomach he said, “This is a method of lying down which Allah does notlike.” Al-Tirmidhi Hadith4731 Narrated by Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him)The Prophet (peace be upon him) came upon him when he was lyingon his stomach, jerked him with his foot and said, “Jundub, only those who goto Hell (the Shayateen) lie like this!” Other than sleeping on one’s stomach, one may sleep in anyposture one wills. The normal posture of the Messenger (peace be upon him)when he retired to bed was to sleep on his right side with his right hand underhis cheek.
Rememberance of Allah (Dhikr)
1.Some dhikr that is light on tonguebut heavy on the scales:
·   HadhratJaa’bir [Ra] narrated that Rasulallah(Peace be upon him) said: “For the person who recites SUB-HAN’ALLAH HIL AZEEM WABI-HAM’DIHI, [Pure andperfect is Allah in his glory and praise], - A date palm will be planted forhim in Paradise” (Tirmidhi)Another Narration says:Forgiveness for Sins Even Though they arelike the Foam of the Sea: Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, “Whoever says, ‘Subhan Allaahi Wa bihamdihi, {Allah is free from imperfection and His isthe praise}. One hundred times a day, will be forgiven all hissins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea. (Bukhari, Book #75, Hadith #414)·   ProphetMuhammad (Peace be upon him) said: ”Is anyone of you incapable of earning one thousandHasanah (rewards) a day?” Someone from the gathering asked, “How can anyone of us earn athousand Hasanah?” ProphetMuhammad (Peace be upon him) said: “Glorify Allah a hundred times by justsaying “Subhanallah” and a Good deeds will be written foryou, or a thousand sins will be wiped away.” (Muslim 4:2073)·   Narrated‘Ubaadah that the Messenger of Allah said, “Whoever seeks forgiveness for the believing menand believing women, Allah will write for him a good deed for each believingman and believing woman.” (Tabarrani)
Abu Talha Al Ansari said, “The Prophet (peace be upon him) woke up one day cheerful and beaming.  His companions exclaimed, ‘O Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him), you woke up today cheerful and beaming.’  He (peace be upon him) replied, 'Yes! A messenger (Angel) of Allah, the Mighty and the Glorified, came to me and said, ”If anyone from your Ummah sends you a salutation, Allah will record for him ten good deeds, wipe off ten of his sins, and raise him thereby ten degrees in rank, and He will return his salutation with a similar salutation".’Related by Ahmad.
2.There are indeed some verses or smallSurahs of the Quran which the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) guided andencouraged the believers to recite on a daily basis:
The 112th SurahAl-IkhlaasThe 113th SurahAl-FalaqThe 114th SurahAn-NaasThe ‘Aayat ul-Kursi’ Verse 255 of Surah 2 Al-BaqarahThe verses 285 and 286 of Surah 2 Al-Baqarah Narrated by Jubayr ibn Nufayr(May Allah be pleased with him)Allah’s Messenger (peace beupon him) said, “Allah finished Surah al-Baqarah with two verses (285 and286) which I have been given from His Treasure which is under the Throne; solearn them and teach them to your womenfolk, for they are a blessing, a meansof a approach (to Allah) and a supplication.”(Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 2173)     Abu Umamah reported that theProphet (peace be upon him) said, “….For whoever recites the ‘Aayat –ulKursi’  (Surah2 al-Baqarah 255) at the end of every prayer, nothing will prevent him fromentering Paradise except that (he must) die (first).”Related by an-Nasa’i andat-Tabarani.
Abu Sa’id reported that theProphet (peace be upon him) asked, “Can anyone of you recite a third ofthe Qur’an during the night?”  Thecompanions considered this rather difficult and they said, “Who among uscan do so, O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)?”  Thereupon the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “(Say:)He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not,nor is he begotten; and there is none like unto Him.”  (The reference here is to the recitation of Surah 112 SuratulIkhlaas of the Qur’an, which the Prophet (peace be upon him) described asequivalent to reciting one-third of the Qur’an.) Related by Bukhari, Muslim, andNasa’i.
Narrated by Aisha (May Allah bepleased with her)Whenever the Prophet (peace beupon him) retired to bed every night, he (peace be upon him) used to cup hishands together and blow over it after reciting Surah Al-Ikhlaas, Surah Al-Falaqand Surah An-Naas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body hewas able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body.  He (peace be upon him) used to do that three times.Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith6.536A
I hope it will be helpful. May Allah guide us all to thestraight path.
Ameen

You stripped me of everything I love to do You took away my happiness although you were the one who gave it to me You took away my pride You took away my self worth You took away my ability to look people in the eye You took away so many things from me. So, tell me how do you sleep at night, and make it through the day knowing that you killed someone on the inside? How do you still smile when you did such terrible things to a person who only wanted to love you? How do you say things you don’t mean while looking me in the eyes? How do you know what you did to me, and still laugh? You know what I’ve been doing? Sulking Crying Screaming Dying Hyperventilating Thinking Hating myself. And I can’t even tell anyone Do you know what it’s like to have such a burden, and no one can hear your screams for help?
