People tend to throw out the phrase "extremely specific kinks" as though that inherently implies something transgressive, but in my experience, the overwhelming majority of extremely specific kinks are so innocuous that you could see them in public and not even clock them. out of every single youtuber i've seen that's hopped on the "mlp gen 5 is failing video essay" train, which is fair enough that they're doing it i'm not knocking them for wanting to express frustration with it, but what's bothering me is none of them i've seen have actually talked about the toyline as well. they're all just talking about the show being bad and nobody giving a shit about it, but not regarding its failure as a multimedia toy commercial franchise. maybe it comes from a kind of FiM-induced mindset of the toys being an afterthought (which, to be fair, hasbro also treated the toys as an afterthought despite them always selling and making more which probably set the stage for their assumption that they could keep cheapening out for G5), but outside of The G2 Incident the entire brand has never been in this comprehensively bad of a state, letalone this shortly into a still-active gen. i wish they'd talk about that too because they're very related. you're not getting the whole picture if you just talk about one.

The problem with airports is that they are controlled by the totalitarian Air Traffic Control, which concentrates power over take off and landing into its own hands. We need to abolish ATC and horizontalize airports, such that every plane must call every other plane in the world to announce that it is landing. If two planes try to land on the same runway at the same time then they'll just have to land around each other, as making one of them wait would create an unjust hierarchy
